Okay guys, how do you score this transfer summer.

I'd give it a solid 9/10.

Pros
- We haven't sold anyone important.
- We made a small fortune off of our Primavera to balance the books.
- We offloaded deadwood such as Santon, Biabiany, Nagatomo, Kondogbia and Eder.
- We managed to buy Asamoah, De Vrij, Politano, Vrsaljko, Nainggolan, Keita, Martinez for a grand total of 55.5M.

Cons
- We missed on Cancelo and Rafinha, but I must say we adequately replaced them with Vrsaljko and Nainggolan for way less money
- We missed putting a cherry on top of our mercato so far with one top midfielder (Vidal/Rafinha/Modric)

Still, unbelievable work from Ausilio. If anyone said this is going to happen before the session started I'd put him in my ignore list as a delusional moron, yet here we are.

OT:

The only thing missing is Rafinha or Modric. But to say this after such an amazing Mercato is allmost stupid.. Because no one would have dreamed about the signings made, especially if take the financial situation in mind. We honestly can say Inter is back as one of the biggest clubs in the world( for the players).

I think we should organise and get the matter in our own hands. Me, you and whoever else is up to it and brave enough.

So it goes, we open up an illegal Modric thread and SPAM the shit out of it to get to 100 before "they" close it.

If we succeed in this brave mission, against all odds, Modric comes and we bring eternal sunshine to this desolate land.

If we don't... I am afraid we all perish with the sinking FIF.

We lost Milan already. Most of them rate their Mercato as 10/10, and still hoping for SMS to reach 12/10 :trollol:

Well they are the same fans who rated last year with Ricardo Rodriguez, Kalinic, Kessie, Hakan, Conti, Bonucci etc. as 10/10 too :lol:

I generally agree with you. Though i would like to add two more cons:

1) We didn't improve our depth in CM position at all which i am afraid it will cost us dearly during the season. Not necessarily a top midfielder. I would be satisfied even with Barella or Paredes.
2) We failed to sell Candreva and Mario.

My grade is 8/10.

With Samu and Laxalt, i'd rate this mercato a solid 10/10. We have strengthened so much to match our target which is CL qualification. Plus the biggest win by Leo and Paolo this mercato is trimming the deadwood which is 100 times harder than signing players. Since prime Galliani, we have been deprived of a management with a clear ambition and vision, we now have one and i can't describe how proud i am. Next summer, when we have CL, i'll expect L&P to pull out the big guns since we have saved a lot from trimming the squad and we should aim for something bigger, but for now, we are good enough. 10/10.

So according to Croatian paper, Modric deal is stalled because of Inter's unacceptable proposal. Which is some loan+option to buy. Can't we offer some big ass loan fee (no capital hits/amortization costs) or does the SA comes to our way in that case? How much do we have in SA CL list budget after the more easier rules?

Without selling Candreva and Pinamonti and Karamoh being left out its about 20-30m room for CL LIST. We probably used that to add both gagli and Vecino/dalbert.
