Transfer GuruI can understand not starting Mario... Spalletti wants to give Nainggolan a run so that he is more match fit for Wembley. Valero is the only midfielder who can play as a regista in Brozovic's absence. So it comes down to the "DM/B2B" role, and Mario just cannot play there. You just cannot start a midfield of Valero-Mario, that sounds like defensive suicide.
