Been to America recently and spoke with a credible Serie A journalist over there and he told what basically happened was Perisic grabbed Icardi, put his face to the wall and told him if your wife ever mentions me or any of my teammates again I’m gonna fuck you up.

Also asked him who does he think will be our next coach...he said Conte but don’t rule out Jose. Marotta wants Conte as 1st choice though

If that actually happened, I'm sure Pero would have been out of the squad...

Wanda posted a pic from the "CL play off" night against lazio

People think this is a message for the media that talks about a done deal between Icardi and Juve.

but to me it looks like she want´s to say "Inter got fourth thanks to icardi, don't forget that" (something like that) :eek:blivious:

Dybala is a better player than Icardi in my opinion, but we do not have a side that would be able to make full use of his talents.

That sounds strangely familiar. Just like we do not presently have a side that can best utilise Icardi's talents.

Peak drama would be if he went to Juve and we went on to win the scudetto next season.

Icardi is not Zlatan and Spalletti is definitely not Mourinho. With a 22 point gap between us and Juventus, Inter have a bit of work to do before we can even finish third let alone compete with Juventus for the Scudetto.

I am sick of the drama and the constant news feed. What happened to the days under Mancini when there were media black outs and the club did not speak to the media for weeks? We could do with a bit of that now. It's ashame that we can not gag or silence Wanda and Icardi from talking to the media.

Is it possible to fine Icardi because of the comments his agent makes?

I doubt it. Icardi is an employee of Inter not his wife. She is just "an external and interested third party". If the club really want to fuck things up, then issuing Icardi with fines for every occasion his Mrs opens her mouth would be a good way to go about it.

I dont think we see Icardi in an Inter jersey ever again which I'm sure both sides are fine with.

I was wondering since what Icardi says and do will affect Inter. Same goes for Wanda since she's employed by Icardi who is employed by Inter. But if he is fucking us over like that then I'd just do the same to him.

Does anybody remember how City handled Tevez? I need to check that shit

But does Conte to Inter mean Conti, Kante to join us as well?

It's looking more and more likely. Yeesh what a shitshow. I'm no fan of Spalletti but if he can get this group to perform and retain a CL spot then maybe he deserves another season amid all the drama.

It's pretty sad. Given his scoring record and age, there is every possibility that he could have been one of our greatest scorers.

I think the saddest part is that he consistently performed and played at a high level despite the players that were around him. Perisic (less so this season) and Skriniar aside, he is truly world class. It is ashame that his attitude leaves a great deal to be desired and that his efforts over the years have been undermined by his actions in the last weeks.

I don't understand how this is related to stripping of the armband off.

We have a side more built for Icardi then Dybala though. Dybala is a fantastic player, but if you want him to score a lot of goals you need to have technical players who can get him balls on the edge of the box and a hard working CF who can draw attention from him and will occupy CBs. Icardi will score goals from good crosses and from corners. The other difference is that Dybala can create play and create freekick opportunities (often through diving), but if we were to replace Icardi with Dybala we would need Dybala to score goals at the clip he did in previous seasons which would require a complete reworking of the team and the way we play
