According to Di Marzio, Neymar to Barça is almost complete.

The dominoes are beginning to fall for Icardi to leave - Dybala to PSG and Icardi to PSG, or maybe Icardi directly to PSG depending on who goes there from Barça

Loan with obligation will still give us plusvalenza, loan with obligation is considered the same as outright transfer according to FFP rules.

I thought that's the point of loan with obligation... What is the difference than between transfer and loan with obligation ?

I find it hard to believe they have different positions on this, more likely just a good cop-bad cop gimmick given how most people think wanda started this whole mess.

This is worrying. If literally all players we wanted to ger rid of will leave on loan I will consider this quite a failure when it comes to the transfer market. The IN policies went perfect but OUT is worrying.

If this is true and they are in conflict over this (that is Wanda and Mauro) I have to say I'm starting to have sympathy for the guy. Could be really torn between two affections he has...
