Honestly, I am as optimistic as you and feel like we can win this one. But bear in mind, this team has dominated over barca at home.

Thats ok, i don't ask to be optimistic. But also not the opposite, that's what im saying.

I didn’t see agoume the in the primavera team. Is he called up for the game??
Since vecino is out and Valero hasn’t been considered he might get a chance.

No surprises for us. Favre went with almost the same lineup as against Gladbach. It's a good thing Sancho will play as a forward and not as a winger. Even with their injuries, they have decent options on the bench. I wish i could say the same about us. Our squad depth is non-existent.

This is a must win game since we messed up vs Prague.

If we can avoid our usual shaky legs in the first 15 minutes, I think we have a good shot at 3 points tonight.

Hopefully our idiot of a management learns SOMETHING pretty soon because we are at the same situation as year ago. CL match and it's one injured midfield before we see Valero on the pitch again.

I made some calculations today and realized if we win this, we can probably go through with W-D-D record for the rest of the group stage.

That's only six points. We would have the tiebreaker over Dortmund, but are you supposing Dortmund fail to win against Slavia Praha on that last matchday, at home?

EDIT - I misread. Nevermind. That's tiebreaker over Dortmund and 9 points, not six, so Dortmund would have to win both in Barcelona and against Prague to overtake us in this scenario. Though the odds of winning in Dortmund but not in Prague...feels like it would be the other way around if we win either game at all.

Dont know why you blame the management here. Marotta clearly saw it so this summer we invested 60m in the midfield alone and it is now significantly improved. Last year CL midfield had Valero as undisputed starter lol. Now he is on the bench.

I don't say we don't need reinforcement there. Our midfield is just that bad not able to be solved in 1 summer.
