Palermo bought Genoa's half 2 years ago and our half 1 year ago. As far as I know Fiorentina never had any ownership of him (just loan w/ option), so he should be fully owned by Palermo.

co-ownership is italy only.
Any co-ownership needs to be resolved before player is sold to other club outside of seriea.

If my memory serves correct, I believe we co-owned Viviano with another Serie A club. Whatever club it was couldn't work out a deal with us to terminate the co-ownership so we went to blind envelope bids, which we won because the other club didn't realize they had to gross up their bid to include the component they already owned.

Yeah a huge fuck up led to us owning him, was hilarious at the time and I think the guy in charge of the bid from the other club (I want to say Cagliari or Bologna) got sacked - or at least that’s how I remember it.
