Lazio didn’t deserve shit. They did not outplay us.

Bullshit penalty and a poor second goal conceded. Both De Vrij and Skriniar were rugby tackled in their box. No penalty given.

Brozovic taken off didn’t affect anything as we still created good changes after he came off.

Vecino > Eriksen

Vecino plays with heart and fights for every ball. I don't care how skilled Eriksen is, until he shows his magic I prefer Vecino starting.

We were underwhelming. When pressure hits us, we just shy away. Only Milan and Roma can choke harder than us these days.

This was the 3rd worst match of the season for us in terms of attitude displayed.

1) Inter-Juventus
2) Inter-Barcelona
3) Lazio-Inter

This time, the pressure was on for good. Away game, packed stadium, Scudetto challenge possibly on the line. You can argue that the Juventus derby wasn't that big of a deal as an early season fixture and the Barcelona game was odd since it was midweek against their reserves so no real anxiety to face them other than the qualification on the line.

Starting with Padelli, he's obviously shaky and it shows that he's our 2nd option. But he gets way too much blame for reasons that aren't his fault. The only alarming thing was his lack of communication with the defense.

Our defensive trio was overwhelmed in the 2nd half, especially after Correa's entrance.

Our midfield was overrun by one single person. Lacked creativity, lacked urgency and lacked forward runs.

Both our strikers were shit with Lautaro being especially crap in the 1st half and Lukaku being especially crap in the 2nd half.

The only positive note was Young and Candreva but that felt because we were let to use the wings more whilst Lazio was concentrated more centrally. We could have hit them from out wide but we didn't pounce on them and didn't add the players who could do that early on (ie Sanchez).

Our coach refused to acknowledge that he had other options at the bench, including two difference making guys in Eriksen and Sanchez. And the first guy out was Candreva who was probably our best player for Victor Moses who made zero sense. I mean we all knew that at some point Eriksen and Sanchez would come in. But 76th and 86th minute respectively? And Victor Moses entered to do what exactly? Be the hatrick of former PL subs for Conte? Puzzled at that sub. Even D'Ambrosio made more sense as he'd help us switch formations. Or even Borja Valero to help us retain possession since we were losing it quite easily.

Hopefully we get our shit going on with 3 consecutive wins for morale boosting (Ludogorets away, Sampdoria home, Ludogorets home) and then see the fucking gobbi head on and finally beat them. But with our track record in important games it feels like we're going to lose both Derbi d'Italia for the first time since 2011-12.

This is like the equivalent of having Crouch playing and Messi on the bench

I haven't had the chance to see the replay of the penalty, but I initially thought Padelli was fouled.

Would like a check on that.

Unfortunately Skriniar took him down.

Before we crucify the man though, let's remember that we've all seen him perform at a higher level consistently. Form is temporary, class is permanent.

You "feeling" it doesn't mean shit. We were outplayed for 80 out of those 90 minutes.

We can't rely on Handa's antics to keep saving our asses.

You must be drinking too many fapuccinos my guy. We played far worse against Napoli and Milan. A draw would have been a fair result. Padelli sloppiness and soft penalty let them back into this game. If it were us you would be saying we scored two lucky goals and played like shit.

I can absolutely confirm this to be false.

For 3 quarters out of 4, yes. What is your point? We were losing in those too.

I think we need to change our opinion of what a "winning game" looks like. We've gotten used to Handa's antics (in a good way), and start cussing at Padelli when he doesn't act superhuman.

This result is clearly unfair....

The penalty was not a foul. Even if it teams were reversed and a penalty was given, I would not think that.
The second goal... well - only shot on goal except that of Immobile ?

Pathetic....

Other than what you mentioned already from my point of view Lautaro was pretty bad...

FUCKIN DICKHEAD LOSERS

Don't look for excuses people ! Deserved win for Lazio!

Inter need not look too much into this game come end of the season, Lazio are very very good and deserving to be up there. It's the Lecce, Cagliari, Parma etc that Conte & Co should hang their heads over.

This.

Looks like February is the new December.

Conte fucked up tonight, late subs and shitty lineup from the start, I understand why Vecino is preferred sometimes but any dickhead would have scored that goal in the derby, we need intelligent players that can contribute to the team and Vecino is just a midtable mentality player who'll always bring this team down with his bellow mediocre capabilities. Eriksen is new to Serie A but keeping him on the bench is not the solution, he should be getting involved in the team more cause he's our future and Vecino is the fucken ugly past now. I hope Zhang gets some fucken balls and tell Conte that shit, get his head out of his fucken ass.

I wish De Vrij had caught cold today too, he should never start again vs his former team, terrible performance and he should be ridiculed for it. He's been our best defender this year heck even oir best player, but today is just terrible.

Candreva has been surprisingly great tonight which makes Conte's sub really questionable, Barella was almost none existent and that makes Brozo's sub too utterly bizarre. Conte just got everything wrong tonight.

Just needless to say that the penalty was incredibly soft, I bet my whole fortune that if it was you know who it wouldn't have been given a penalty, also we might have had a penalty on that challenge on Young and Im 100% certain if that was for you know who it'd have been given a penalty. Just the price of not sponsoring the FIGC naturally.

It's not the end of the world but I'm pissed as fuck, just hope we will win any fucken game anytime soon please? feel like I'm supporting a Cagliari or Siena or some shit right now tbh.

Their penalty was a complete joke

Then we have this...

https://twitter.com/dondiegotheone/status/1229156198680756228?s=19

I know we get fucked over a lot anyway, but most teams, especially Lazio won't stop whining and will have all their players rush the referee which kinda forces them into checking VAR and giving decisions in their favor. Inzaghi, even when Lazio have all the decisions given for them, still finds a way to complain to the media about the 1 foul that was a 50/50 given against them.

I feel like we just take it on the chin because we're so used to it and move on after 1 second of protests by 2 players.

Was anybody else bothered with Inzaghi practically standing over the line and on the pitch the entire game ?

I've wanted to punch that shithead in the face for years ! Especially his overenthusiastic dimwit brother !
