His team is now defensively utterly crap. No player in the backline is good enough for Spurs and same goes for the midfield players. They are easily conceding all the goals and that's nothing for teams coach by Mourinho.

Either he needs to change his approach a bit or they need a big overhaul, but I don't believe they'll give him the money. Ancelotti at Everton is different for instance, because with every buy they are slowly making the team better and Everton feels less like a pretender and another team that fights for a CL spot.

Most Humorous MemberSanchez, Alderweireld, Dier all trash. Aurier mediocre but prone to moments of spasticity. Ndombele trash. Lamela is talented but trash since his Roma days. Lucas a decent player (easily their best yesterday) but arguably not good enough compared to other high-profile wingers in the league.
Even still though, impossible to absolve Mourinho of all the blame. mf gonna get sacked at this rate.

10 years of FIFToo easy to blame the players, even if they are lacking at the back (apart from Reguilon). Ndombele and Hojbjerg are quality. West Ham, Everton, and Aston Villa are doing better than Spurs with worse players.
N’Dombele is trash wtf haha, he’s an exceptional player. Spurs’s team is roughly the same level as ours which shows he’s underachieving massively. Our defense is better, midfield’s the same and their front line is better. I’m afraid he holds the vast majority of blame, I think his system is outdated, he still insists with playing 2 holding midfielders and a no 10. The worst part to watch in his teams the past few years is the lack of pressing. He almost NEVER presses in the first half, they only start pressing in the second half if they’re losing.
Also if you think Conte is bad with parking the bus when we have a lead, Jose every time they’ve took the lead they shut up shop irrespective of what the minute is. The amount of points they have lost to lower teams this season because he refuses to go for the kill is remarkable. I love him and will always do, he’s definitely been let down by his players and individual mistakes this season but there is no denying he’s lost a step. To me he’s still playing football the same way as he was 10 years ago only with worse teams and a lack of adjustment to the modern game

10 years of FIFMourinho's teams have always been reliant on having good defensive pairings in the center backs and with the 2 midfielders in the 4-2-3-1, and this Tottenham side really lack that. Dier-Sanchez might be the worst CB pairing in the whole EPL and his DMs are inconsistent to say the least.
