Tbh, he may have phrased it wrong, but I cant think kf a player who collapsed kn the pitch like that and continued tbeir career off hand. Obviously it doesn't matter right now, making sure he's out of trouble is important, and given the collapses we've seen in the last decade he's lucky to be alive. But sensibly, it'll be months before he can play again if ever (most likely. We will see)

Why cant I make assumptions, who the fuck are you to tell me what to claim or write, gtfo!
Because you're making yourself look like a fucking idiot.

It's all about phrasing tbh. This same dude even claimed Chris had died without knowing shit.

Finish is an Uralic language (like Estonian and Hungarian), but Icelandic is a North Germanic language like Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.

True, but do you speak any of the languages? Icelandic is very different as the language hasnt changed for like 500 years due to the islands remote location as it hasnt been impacted by neighbouring countries. It means that Danish, Norwegian and Swedish all have evolved in other directions meanwhile Icelandic is close to how the Scandinavian languages used to be back in the Viking era.

I was eager to see him under Inzaghi. Glad he's alive.

The Danish NT medic after the match:

"- I want to start by saying that I have not yet talked in detail with Christian's family or Christian, and therefore I will not go into detail here at this meeting. I would like to comment on what I have seen on screen.

- We are called on the field when Christian falls over, and I have not seen that myself. It quickly becomes clear that he has fallen over. When we get to him, he is lying on his side and has breathing and pulse. But pretty quickly that picture changes, and then we start acute heart treatment.

- There is fantastic quick help from stadium doctors and the emergency services. With that collaboration, we get the things to get started and get Christian back, and he talks to me. He will be taken to the hospital for further examination, Morten Boesen said at the subsequent press conference."

I found a Danish interview of one of the doctors of the heart related diseases on the Danish main hospital. I think Google Translate did an alright job.

"Jesper Kjærgaard is chief physician at the Heart Center at Rigshospitalet. His colleagues are some of those investigating what may have happened.

- We will investigate whether it is a cardiac arrest that has caused the unconsciousness that Christian had. It's similar in some respects, it sounds.

The cardiologist emphasizes that he knows nothing about Eriksen's current condition.

After examining whether it was a cardiac arrest or not, an ultrasound scan of the heart to see how it pumps and whether there are any errors in it, says Jesper Kjærsgaard.

If it is not a cardiac arrest, however, it may be another group of diseases. He is also being examined for this.

- The other major group of diseases that cause cardiac arrest are coronary artery diseases such as blood clots in the heart, says the doctor.
Christian Eriksen is 29 years old. It is not typical at the age when cardiac arrest is something you are at risk for. At the same time, he is in good shape as a football player.

According to Jesper Kjærsgaard, there are examples among top athletes who out of the blue can get blood clots in the heart or who have heart rhythm diseases.

- They are difficult to see, but can be triggered by hard physical exertion, he says.

If it is a blood clot in the heart, it will typically be accompanied by chest pain and other discomfort. But if it is a arrhythmia, there are no warning signs and the person becomes unconscious immediately, he says."

Prayers for Christian.

You are welcome :palm:

He's out of the life danger, that's the most important thing now.

Can't remember the last time I was so afraid when watching football, probably Cisse's injury against China. But thank fuck he's okay, life is so much more than football.

Inter CEO Marotta: “Christian Eriksen just sent a message on Inter whatsapp chat, it was few minutes ago. We’re optimistic about Christian conditions, Denmark staff told us that the situation is under control”
