10 years of FIFprobably interfering with play. he doesnt have to ACTUALLY play the ball to be counted as offside

Serb commentator says cause it still affected the attack despite not touching the ball.

1 - it's when the ball is played, it doesnt matter if you go back onside and then move to get the ball
2 - interfering with play, you dont have to actually touch the ball
3 - accidiental touches from the opponents do not count towards offside

Just yesterday they annulled Atalanta's goal even if Atalanta player didn't touch the ball in offside position. Him being in offside position affected Cristante (who scored an own goal).
This Giroud offside was very dubious though. How did he affect the play there? Was there clear contact to Juan Jesus there when they were sitting there?
