We should play more of that 4-2-4. At least we outplayed Milan's 4-3-3 with a 3-2-4...

Does it matter? offside or not, the goal stands, we lost, we sucked, Quaresma sucked, 433 doesnt work in italy, Mourinho needs to fucking wake up and never use 2 wingers ever again.

We can as long as its a 4-4-2. 4-3-3, needs to die along with Maldini.

Ok, luka.
I just saw the replays, I gotta say there was only 2 Penalties, Not 3.

The first one, you know it.
second One, Kaka And Matterazi in the 45th Minute.
I remember this one. No way there was a pen for that.

If that was a pen, I can say there was a second pen on Adriano in the second half, just when Dejan made this good shot from outside the box.

My biggest concern for the future is Quaresma. He has been completely useless so far, and it seems his own team-mates doesn't trust him with the ball. They never pass him, and why should they? Everytime he has it, he does nothing.

Agreed. He has been a huge letdown. I guess Mourinho kept him on instead of Mancini to try to give him some confidence. He seems totally lost within Mourinho's system and doesn't seem to have any understanding with our other players at all.

A Guy that is an ex-referee said that.

As for the Adriano incident, do you care to share a video?

The goal was offside, No one can talk twice about it.
Just, Seriously, the thing is that We Outclassed Inter.
Simple As That.

How can you outclass a team if you shot less shots on goal and you score the same legal goals than the other team (0 goals)? please tell me LOL.

Disappointing day. The only positive being we are still ahead of all the main rivals for scudetto and valentino's world championship win. The rest of the day was crap.

Not having done the preseason is really hurting RQ. He needed that to get accustomed to the team.

Yes, If shots counted, Derby owned alot of teams in the EPl last year.

We played a much more organized game.
Better Football, and better defence.

424 is too offensive to start out with, when your wingers are as offensive as ours.

What we should have done was buying a real central playmaker to be the focal point in the midfield and unite the attack with the midfield and just have one winger occasionaly.

2 Wingers is a pointless tactic in italy, there isnt enough space, every team has DM's to cover for the their fullbacks. Its too predictable and easy to defend against 2 wingers, you need something through the middle as well.

Mourinho fucked up and didnt do enough homework before he started here. He has alot to learn about italian football.

Can't say I'm surprised. Milan have looked stronger than us so far in the season and in my eyes they are without a doubt our biggest challengers for the scudetto.

Milan played a very good game so hats off to them.

We played a very poor match from start to finish. All our counterattacks in the first half were slow and ended with a backpass. We simply didn't pass the ball fast enough.

We're not creating enough chances, and this is a huge problem for us this season, and it was the same today.

Last season we had Ibra who would create or be involved in a couple of good scoring chances in most 45 mins of football. This season except for the Panathinaikos match he's looked isolated and chained upfront, and even it that match he looked way too isolated. What's the plan here, to have him outmuscle players and do sombreros to win us every match? He should drop deep and be a lot more involved in build up, instead all he seems to be doing is fighting for longballs, or waiting for crossses inside the box, today with two players around him. I'm not enyoing him under Mourinho at all, as I thought I wouldn't when I first heard Jose was coming.

Ref was pretty pathetic and Burdisso's first yellow was pretty questionable. Not only that but kaka was clearly offside in the sequence before the goal.

Julio Cesar did well, and had a couple of imortant saves. Was defenceless against the goal.

Burdisso was a catastophe, and despite having a yellow he again made a wreckless challenge that diminished our chances to get a goal.

Ibra had a poor match, but again, he was completely isolated and always had a couple of players aorund him. Honestly don't know what he could of done different apart from maybe getting the one decent chance he had on target.

I thought Cambiasso did well, but in his position he should give a lot more passes forward and not as many to the side. But defensivly he did well.

The same with Zanetti, who had some brilliant runs in the first half, I just wish one of them would of ended with a ball forward instead of a backpass. Bit even so, he did well.

Burdosso is a tard for making that challenge when he is already on yellow.

Vieira had a good match, he tried his best and was constantly involved, especially in the first half.

Mancini did little, and it was good that he was taken off.

Queresma tried his best and had the Milan players not been so rouch on him he would of created much more, instead now he got us a lot of freekicks outside of the box. He also played a great pass to Adriano at the end of the macth who should of buried it. Definitly did not suck, he had a hard time but today he played his best match so far for Inter. Not saying he was great, but no one was.

Chivu was in my opinion our worst deender, apart from Burdisso, because in every counterattacking moment he ended it with always passing the ball backwards, this is something Maxwell rarely does.

Adriano fought a lot and ran a lot, which is to be expected from a sub but it's still nice to see him do it. Had one decent chance to score and did well to get a shot of while crowded by several Milan players, unfortunately it went over the bar. he also had the best chance in the match where I couldn't believe he, with his usual good heading abilities missed the goal completely. Huge, huge miss and it cost us.

Cruz did little when he came on. Too bad he didn't get Adriano's chance instead, probably would of bagged it.

All in all, a very poor performance from a Chelsea like Inter. Mourinho gets a 5 rating from me because A, he's wasting our best player and B, should have gotten the team to play better attacking football by now, with the quality we have.

His subs were spot on though, and he did them at the right time.

Meh, what can you do. It's gonna be a fucked up day tomorrow. Gnight all.

Stop running your ass you asshole! Derby rarely ever outshot any of their opponents last season and in fact had the least shots on goal of any top team in Europe.

Great game guys! I think that Materazzi is probably the most educated member of your squad after the intense schooling he received from Pato and Kaka :dielaugh:

Oh and Quaresma is a GREAT player....he just needs to pull a Seedorf/ Pirlo and come to a real club :D

Good lord I'm going to admit it myself what a joke and disillusion prediction I had for this game. I didn't expect us to play so slow and sluggish this was the worst fucking game of the season so far imho because of it's opponent ur talking about our biggest fucking rivals and we didn't suck but we were far from where I wanted and expected for such a game. RQ guys give him time I expected a big game but god u know why he sux so bad right now we need to take this into account is the pace we play at he sees he can take a 1v1 but seems scared right now Mourinho needs to fix his head. Instead of using his pace to expose this fucking d line he kicks it back to the midifeld this is the training aspect Mourinho puts on the team. Guys I tell u what one thing Imo Azz ur 99.9 % right on this thing in the fact everything u said besides RQ being the worst player so far this whole season in the fact Mourinho made his first fuck up in my eyes I look at it and I was wrong myself in his tactical decisions. We play a 4-3-3 that's like a fucking 4-5-1 there is no pace and it's Italy not England like someone said idk if this can work. The way the wingers are told to play I think Mourinho is looking for Lampard to magically show up on the field it's unbelievable.

We didn't deserve to loose, Milan were great on counterattacks this evening they outplayed us for most of the game. When we had chances we fucked up once again Ibra being marked by 3 guys doesn't help but that's Gatusso job and I still think the game would have been much different if we had Muntari.

No worries though Gents remember Mourinho said D first offense later we still don't have any fucking sort of offensive cohesion in any game and I have a hard time wrapping my head around it. For the first time in a long time I'm disgusted with the way a game a measly game so useless compared to life this upsets me and ruined my day. We can hope Mourinho's philosophy and his methodology of the way he wants us to play gets through their skulls quicker. More 4-4-2 less 4-3-3 for now. Don't panic were not in crisis were only two points back of first place and we will win the scudetto with ease this year I seriously still believe for the first time in a long time u will see a team with over 100 points in the season that's us I believe we are just to good. Once the offense clicks and we actually get back the 2nd best LB in the world in Maxwell and Maicon the best RB we with RQ and other attackers will click on all heals and be fine. For now Azz ur 100% right and CL without Lampard scares me still man and we have no fucking creativity when it comes to the midfield. I pray we don't meet Real or Barcelona in Europe they will do more damage then the English. We will be fine though guys but we still need a lot of work to do.

Playing without Maxwell is becoming a burden in José’s system. At least until our players can fully adopt to the new system. Hence we need the guy back asap.

Tonight it felt that Bilan wanted it more – shame that the build up to their goal was clearly offside. Only after that we went up a gear. Ibra didn’t have one of his best games; then again he didn’t have much service either.
As always good / early changes from José which instantly had an impact on the game – though I wish he would have introduced Deki 10-15min earlier. Anyway shame we weren’t more clinical in our finishing (Adri to name a few) as we did create a few good chances at the end.

Quaresma had his big day today. I don’t think he took advantage of it as he was at best mediocre imo. Hopefully he is not the type of player who fails under pressure because playing for Porto is a different ball game than playing for us. Now obviously not having had a minute of pre-season training with the team is certainly a big negative factor – so I hope as time goes by he will find his game and his team mates for that matter. José has a lot of work to do with this kid.

Since I saw José’s press conference on Sat I’ve had this feeling that if we don’t win the C.L there is now a possibility of him walking out on the club.

Oh and Cambi was possibly man of the match.
