They were simple last year as well, and that was the best jersey we have ever had, both the home and the away one
Yes, re-read what I posted:
It's very, very boring. Some jerseys look really nice in their simplicity.. This is simple.. but shit.
Last seasons was simple and yes I agree with you, the best we ever had. My point is that although it was simple, it looked really elegant, clean and classy. My thoughts are that the one posted above too is simple, but is neither elegant, clean or classy.
To be fair I suppose that's only
my opinion and others are allowed to think otherwise
(even though no one should question my graphic design philosophy
)
I actually love the sleeve ends of this jersey, really neat* and Uni after all the risks we took with our jersey this season, I think we need a little bit of simplicity this time around.
I believe simplicity can be achieved in other ways my friend. Let me begin by pointing out in the jersey posted above, someone has taken a photo of a blue shirt then added black stripes, the Pirelli logo etc in Photoshop
so it's not the best example.
Again, this is
only my opinion so feel free to criticise or debate but my belief is that while this jersey is simple, it is boring as shit.
I've been designing an Inter jersey using a Nike template whenever I have a free (or not free) moment at work
I'll post it when I'm done.
