In our league not single match of Hajduk ends without flares and pyrotechnics. Anyone can talk bad about our fans but it's irreplaceable stuff for them.

I'll be honest. I kind of half remember Torres scoring a soft goal before launching into a chant of ''Sup-a 'Keepa!'' and I might have seen another goal but I can't remember shit. Everyone kept singing though so we have that aspect in the bag.

Should I bother watching the highlights?

Also I hope we get a chance to go out with a bang vs Juventus.

Fact check: Italian National Team = Juventus?



Out of 23 players invited to the Italian national team, 7 of them happen to be Juventus players, which is not even 1/3 of the team. The vast majority of 16 other players are from other clubs like Napoli, PSG, Torino, Palermo, Milan, AS Roma, Fiorentina, Bologna, Man City, Parma & Udinese.

Yet some of you bright, bright individuals label the whole god damn team as "Juventus" & fail to see that Juventus & the Italian national team are 2 totally separate entities.


  • Now... out of the 7 Juventus players invited, 2 (Buffon & Pirlo) are absolute Italian legends & if you're even denying this, then you're among the same pathetic idiots from the rival teams who deny the fact that Zanetti is a legend, just because he is an Inter.

  • Then out of the remaining 5 Juventus players, there are players like Chiellini & Marchisio, who are currently the best active Italian players in their respective positions & if you don't take them, there is simply no one else to play in those positions.


I have to be honest & say that I'm also disappointed like many of you, that not even a single Inter player is playing in the national team, but hey... I can't blame Prandelli for not choosing them, because the few ones that we have simply suck & are not even starters in Inter.



So for the love of god, stop this idiotic hate. You make yourself look ridiculous really, cuz hating on the Italian NT is not going to make you a greater Inter fan.

I agree club and country are two different things, like for me it's hard to cheer on guys like Ramos and Arbeloa (won't say Casillas here as I've actually got a huge amount of respect for him) but I want the players I do like to be successful so if those guys can help out by playing well then so be it, it's a good thing.

Though guess it's a little different for this version of Italy since there are zero Inter players on it so the logic isn't exactly the same... but what about classy guys like Di Natale who have nothing to do with Juve and Milan.

And Bonucci is the best option to play with De Rossi and Chiellini in this 3-5-2 imo. He's played well these past two games.

Giaccherini, well yeah, he belongs on the bench.

but it still doesnt change the fact that starting 11 is composed of basically juventus alone plus some milan and roma and no inter players in the entire squad.

And also if italy win anything italians would be going how juventus is the pride of italy and such a major contributar to italian success and how inter is a shameless and selfish club not worried about italy etc etc.

for me that is reason enough to hate the italian NT
