This is usually quite an important youth tournament and we have got off to a good start:

MILAN - A goal from Nicolas Giani gave Inter Primavera a 1-0 victory over Ternana in the Carnival Cup on Thursday evening. In their final group fixture on Saturday the Nerazzurri face Cisco Roma in Pian di Follo, La Spezia province (kick-off 15:00).

I read a quote once from Giani saying that Mancio told him to cut his hair.

Fabio :D

We should get this guy in our team:

PIAN DI FOLLO (LA SPEZIA) - Matteo Momentè scored a hat-trick as Inter Primavera beat Cisco Roma 4-0 in their final Carnival Cup group stage game on Saturday afternoon. Midfielder Ilario Aloe opened the scoring for Daniele Bernazzani's side then striker Momentè added three more, including one from the penalty spot. The Nerazzurri finish Group 5 in second place behind Uruguayans Juventude but qualify for the round of 16 as one of the two best runners-up.

:star:

Momente actually looks really promising. He'll surely join our first squad next season, also due to the Champions League demands of own youth players in the squad. But he looks fine as a player as well. You surely don't stink if a certain Roberto Mancini, once a great striker with over 400 Serie A matches and 100++ goals under his belt, hands you a Champions League start without even trying you in the domestic league. And he's the first to be called up among the youngsters in Coppa matches.

Praise to Momente from Norway.

Thats sad but in youth team tournaments it's more important that the boys enjoyed themselves.

We lost to the winners in the preliminaries. Juventude beat Juventus 1-0 in the final. Nice to see Juve(ntus) lose.
