This is the worst football from Inter and I support Inter from 1994. Worst ever. Parking bus against Sasuolo, Verona, Cagliari at home lool... And we gonna win scudetto, ROFLMAO

Bruh, I’m a big critic too but you’ve been completely off the rails since the whole ESL thing. Everything is agonizing and tense because of the scudetto being within arms reach but let’s keep the criticism realistic and justified :pazzini:

I expected no less. We saw this with reaching CL. Shitting their pants. Playing awful football.

In times like these the team needs a psychologist more than anything.

Next day ragazzi! We went +3 as Juventus drew, solidifying our lead even more! Atalanta seem the biggest contenders now!

Please consider voting if you haven't yet!

Maybe not the worst but the most boring definitely.

Not even remotely close. We’ve had some absolutely dire fucking teams over the years. We’ve seen this side play some really good football under Conte but now he’s relying heavily on a very good trio of CB’s that rarely make mistakes and counter attacking football utilizing the pace and hold up play of Lukaku and speed of Hakimi. It’s not aesthetically pleasing but it’s working. Mostly.

Handa is really trying to bottle it for us though. I dunno what the fuck he’s doing out there lately but get it together bro. Also I could do without Gags coming in and our team proceeding to immediately concede as much possession as possible. Like fucking clockwork.

Positive side? We’re so close who gives a shit how we win?

Football is about attacking and defending. We played a team with no any pressure just aiming to defend and keep possession.

This is how teams win titles. It was not an attractive display but it is worth it.

It's not as much about being 'attractive' as it is to push your luck with displays that invite conceding goals. If we had Gagliardini (or Vidal), Kolarov and Young as more regular players just like Conte intended from the beginning with this roster, we'd not be in this position now. Individual quality has kept us from conceding a ton of goals because the system ain't that good, otherwise we'd not worry very much every time Gagliardini, Young, Ranocchia or Kolarov would have to play in an important game.

Also we were very lucky with injuries, I think second half of season every starter was healthy. Other teams like Rube, Bbilan were pretty fucked with injuries.

We have something no other team in Serie A has, squad depth. I honestly think that's the reason we are winning the Scudetto this season. In the past couple of years we had great or decent starting elevens, but now we are able to change games from the bench, and that is worth a title.

Lol what? When was that? When we were starting vencino and gagliardini and valero and other garbage?

We have better depth because we have better starting quality and our former starters have been relegated to where they belong, the bench (and some of them don't even belong there)

Well ofcourse. There's a reason Liverpool worry so much when van dijk is injured. Or real with ramos. Or barca with Messi. Or any team in the world when they have key players injured. This seems like a very bizarre criticism. Psg put bayern out when they are missing lewandowski. Does that mean flicks system is not good and he relies on individual quality?
Also when you look at the fact that teams have barely any shots against us I'd say the system defensively is doing its job but as with any team in the world it would be worse with worse players playing.

Liverpool does not have a defensive system. Unless you find full pitch pressing a type of defense...

The players I mentioned provide worry because our DEFENSIVE CAPABILITIES are strictly down to individuals. We are playing the exact same way we did in the September-November debacle, just with different players. A defensive mechanism should not rely on individuals.

Missing out on attacking players of high quality is obviously a concern as those are harder to replicate.

No we aren't. We have changed the way we play. Conte early in the season went full zeman. We don't press as aggressively, we play deeper and midfielders sit a bit deeper now. Our defensive system has been good, we went 10 games or so where we conceded like what, 3 goals? Ofcourse putting kolarov in there is going to have an impact but its not fair to say its been down to individual quality alone.

I was loaded with work yesterday, and thus haven't had the time to finish the player ratings.

I suppose if you have watched the game and didn't get to vote yet, you still can: https://bit.ly/3aEEBrd

Expect the ratings to be up in ~10-12 hours!

so Handanovic gets a bad rating cause he was fouled??

Next time someone scores from an offside do give him 10.

I just noticed your username. You knew about our new logo since 2015? Madness. You even put a 21 after it. Are you from the future?

I care much more about your avatar. I wish we were even half as boring and brutally efficient and successful as Tim Duncan and his teams were. For whatever the fuck Tottenham pretends to be, San Antonio was the counterbalance to the whole "Spurs" name.

It was great that my 2 favorite athletes from my 2 favorite teams took a pic together. Well, the last 2 months we were kinda boring, but efficient, so i dont mind these kind of games until we secure the scudetto.
Oh, yea the tottenham should just use their Hotspurs name, cause they are just bringing shame to the Spurs name.

I think this must be the first time the Coach's rating was higher than the team's rating? Maybe Conte has finally earned some respect from Inter fans.
