I’m not convinced Sanchez is going anywhere this winter. If anyone leaves I think it’s Vecino. In that case we might move for a mid.

Gds - Suning wants to strenghten the team in January.

My guess is we get a midfielder.
That was yesterday. :D Gazzetta report today our losses already account to 100m this season and we are going to sell at least 1-2 big names in the summer with De Vrij, Barella, Bastoni and Lautaro as prime candidates.

It's always crisi Inter.

That's why you must never trust them. They report everything and anything, and will always get something right in the end.

GdS is also way worse than CdS or TS, in a way that you can clearly see they have an agenda behind their bullshit. While the other 2 are just mostly shit.

I was genuinely surprised when someone here suggested that they knew things back in the summer.

I'm ok with Nandez and off-load Vecino.
The 2 remaining games of CL we can play with Nandez-Brozo-Hakan and Vidal coming on in the second.

The thing Im not clear on is where these losses are coming from. Pre-COVID, we were hitting about -45mil losses. Our costs are probably (havent really calculated) about flat, and even if we're down 50% of our match day revenue, that's another -40mil. We also banked huge plusvalenza this season, and our sponsorships have increased.

I can 'understand' last year's result as a series of write downs and moving credit to liabilities (e.g. money owed from sponsors that we no longer believe will be paid out), but I dont understand why we're suddenly spending and losing so much more money than before.

I don't really get it? All clubs suffer loses in some extent, but other make investments in players regardless. And, I mean clubs like Roma and Milan, not PSG and City. We have sold two players for total 180 mln, but we are still in big trouble according to the papers. In same time above mentioned clubs sold anybody significant, but spent some cash for Tammy, Shomorudov, Vina and Tomori, Tonali, Ballo toure, Maignan respectively. As long as we have to sell any of our stars, and to replace it with free agent or some cheap alternative.

Salary is the key. Our salary norm is 5m net (Hakan's one), too high, maybe double the other two teams.

But we are also in process of reducing the salaries, offloading the biggest earners like Lukaku, Hakimi, Eriksen and now Sanchez and Vidal. We became champion of Italy and participating 4 seasons in CL as well. Overall, we should be in better financial situation than Milan and Roma, I guess.

Updates from Biasin:

- The meeting with Brozovic agent is expected to happen a bit before Christmas
- No chance for Nandez. Inter have 6 players for CM (Barella, Calhanoglu, Vidal, Vecino, Gagliardini, Sensi) and the management believe they're well covered in the position.

If management believe that is enough then our ambitions are still low.

Our ambitions are dictated by our finances. There's simply no money.
Ok, why in this case the mngmt do not set on Inzaghi to introduce 1 or 2 young players in the team. I mean, Vecino is leaving for sure, and I've read that Spalletti wants him in January. Just use Casadei or another primavera mid instead of him. Same with Sanchez. I'm reading all the time that we're planning to get rid of him in the winter, and in the same time he gets playing time, which could have been given to Satriano.

Because Sanchez is better than Satriano and same goes for Vecino compared to Casadei. Inzaghi tries to win games.
But they are not starters. Sanchez is almost constantly injured and in other time he is rarely useful, except few occasions. Vecino is useful as a training cone is. And I don't mean to throw the young players in the deep. Just give them some minutes at the end of the games, where we have 2+ goals advantage. It's absolutely the same if you put Vecino in, 10 minutes before the end, when your team is comfortable leading or anyone else.
