The question I have in relation to the Statement made by Steven Zhang refers to Zhang being exasperated by legal threats.

What could this be a reference to? Why would Oaktree be making legal threats? Do you think this possibly has to do with Zhang seeking an extension of time? Or something else?

My concern is that Zhang does not appear to have any contingency plan(s). He has seemingly put all his eggs in obtaining the PIMCO loan so as to pay off Oaktree. However, it appears that he may not have given much thought to alternative outcome(s) and this may be too his own detriment.

Sugar dady is someone who has a depthless financial resources with an attitude of a FM player. He wants a rich guy who has conservative approach and who will be steered by Marotta.
I want someone I can trust and unfortunately Suning is not like that in the current situation. To say that they have poured in money in recent years is true, but it cannot be ignored that it is money from the same loan in question. If Zhang had the financial ability to repay the loan, he would have done so. But their situation is difficult and this is a fact. I may have made a mistake in the wording and it was clear from the moment I explained myself, it's a shame that people are looking for a fight instead of seriously debating.

Don't have one.

I don't think we should take zhang seriously if all of these rumors are correct. For all we know, he is trying to save his face and exit this mess as a victim. The fact oaktree didn't even react to his statement and accusations with any sort of meaningful reply speaks volumes imo. They seem really confident and assured compared to zhang statement from today.

i have a question, it might sound dumb but may make me feel better and not concerned.

So, from this selling stuff do we become even greater team or we are going to sink into another 10 - 20 years of banter era and will the club get a massive hit financially?

No Italian club will get a sugar daddy owner. Not even Juve. This league ain’t profitable anymore. I’m perfectly fine with the Finnish dude. He seems like he wants to own the club and won’t bleed us dry, while remaining financially feasible. People gotta lay the Saudi dreams to bed. Best possible scenario is an owner like Zhang who cares but isn’t relying on fuck funds from random businesses to stay afloat.
Gobbi already have sugar daddy owners. Not to the extend of state clubs, ect but without the agnelli's covering the losses they would be in trouble.

I guess that depends. Once Oaktree take over, it is clear that they intend to sell Inter to make money. So there are many hypothetical scenarios on what happens next, including:

1. Best Case Scenario: Oaktree seamlessly take ownership next week, they let Marotta do what Marotta does, & they already have a buyer to sell Inter to. In this case, it may still take 3-9 months to sell Inter, so basically next season will depend upon whether Marotta can improve the squad while making a profit in the mercato, as usual. By next season, we will have a new owner, & its safe to assume they will have more funds than Suning. If they are smart enough to keep Marotta, Inter will be much better off, with more funds for transfers & more sustainable debt structure. The best care scenario is that someone filthy rich like the Saudis have already confirmed interest to Oaktree behind the doors

2. Legal Stalemate: Oaktree take over & Zhang finds ground for a protracted legal battle. This could go many ways, but it could potentially nuke our next season with the transfer market frozen & potential penalties from FIGC

3. Status Quo: Zhang finds an extension from Oaktree, or a loan from PIMCO or elsewhere (though this looks highly unlikely if rumours are to be believed). So Inter continue like the last couple of years. In this scenario, its better for Inter if this results from an extension from Oaktree, as this would surely force a sale of the club within 2 years, so that Oaktree get their percentage of sale proceeds on top of the interest

4. Downsize: Oaktree take over & need time to make the club more sellable to prospective new buyers. This would mean that they will cut the club's wage bill drastically. A bit like what Elliott did at Milan, except that Inter are already at the top so this will make the club less competitive in the short term. This would mean we have to let go of some of our stars on high wages like Lautaro, Barella, Hakan, etc. This could start a banter era despite Marotta's best efforts & it will depend on the new owners whether they can get us out of it

There are other scenarios open too, so this could go any which way. It can become a scary summer for us, possibly our most critical summer ever.

Depends on how many trophies Inter can possibly get 10- 20 years and also how many lucrative sponsor Inter can possibly get in the next 10 -20 years.

Seriously debating? Don't play that card. You were just asked to explain what you meant. And the last few pages were explanations of why a lot of what you said is just factually wrong or irrelevant. If you were looking to discuss you could have just responded to the questions and explain what you meant instead you make it a personal comment on me lol

Playing the victim card. Incredible

If you wanna have a debate, reply to Cafes post above

Hot take: Marotta will resign when Oaktree take control tomorrow. Don't @ me, just deal with it.

Oaktree has been seeing Beppe's miracle work while being on the board all these years. So sacking him would be the stupidest harakiri ever. But expect anything when former Agnelli right hand asskissers are hired to combat this takeover.

I don't think so. He will wait and see first what's the new status quo and their plans for the club and then he will make his decisions. Marotta was hired by Zhangs but he isn't connected with Zhangs.

The one who's connected with Zhangs and will certainly be gone is Antonello.
