To predict or not to predict

Guys, we'll be using the points we have accumulated before the forum was temporarily shut down. However, the forum is just back and that it's only 2 days until Week 24, I'm not sure if we should predict or not. So, if I can get at least 7 members who posted in this forum and say, "Yes, I wanna predict for Week 24," I'll open the thread. Otherwise, I won't since it'll be unfair for those who're still unaware that the forum is back up.
