Wtf is this tournament ??

I mean i know it involves u-21 players but what status does this competition have?
Are teams invited to participate or do they qualify for it somehow. And most importantly what kind of players do they call up , or they just experiment in it.

Any info would be apreciated since i see big name teams like brazil taking part so maybe it is worth watching.

Stupid Peacara wouldn't loan us Quintero and River wouldn't loan us Balanta. Still think final will be Colombia vs Brazil. Brazil look much better than that piece of shit squad they sent to qualifiers.

Can u give some info. What players are called? Or are they just local players of the respective nations and therefore unknown in europe.

You can watch it on rojadirecta.com. Most of the NTs are the teams that are going to the SUb 20 World Cup. France for some reason always sends a U-22 team. Congo also did the same. Brazil is pretty nasty this time around they only took 4 guys from the Sub 20 qualifiers.

Players to watch are Vergara for Colombia(just picked up by AC Milan, CB/Captian and lethal in the air). Other than that no one really has been all that impressive. Colombia is missing Balanta(River), Quintero(Pescara), Neito (think Udinese just bought him he is a AMF). We also have a wingback that is at Real and some strikers we haven't been able to call until the World Cup.
