Saying that Inzaghi accomplished more than Conte is wrong, because Lazio have been behind us last season and still are this season. Saying that Pioli accomplished more with less ressources is Borderline wrong. Did you see how much AC Milan spent during the last five seasons?

I won't even start discussing if we have a better squad than Juventus, as it's too obvious. Also it's too obvious why Conte opted for experience rather than fresh blood, which ist certainly not because he likes to run a retirement home.

Eriksen is passive, reactive and intuitive and that is pure witchcraft to Conte. We're giving Juve way too much respect if we go with gagliardini, and it makes us look like pussies.

Do you remember his explosion after the Dortmund game when he said he needs winners to be competitive in Europe and he can't ask more from players who arrived from Cagliari and Sassuolo?

Conte's rumoured targets in his last 2 seasons at Inter:

-Vidal
-Kante
-Alonso
-Lukaku
-Dzeko
-Young
-Moses
-Gervinho
-Kolarov
-Smalling
-Milenkovic
-Ndombele

Only the last two are younger than 26. It's pretty obvious Conte prefers experience over youth regardless of the budget.

And you think all of them were regarded as first team players?

Edit: as starters I meant. Thanks for correcting Materazzi_23

"That'' guy from Cagliari went on to being one of the best midfielders of the world. :D

As first team players yes, not as starters. But the fact Conte want's old dusted guys as second or third choice is obvious.

I know this question has been asked a million times already but I am yet to find a proper answer: why was DiMarco loaned out to Parma?

Did Conte refuse to give him a go because he was too young? Did he honestly believe that Young and Kolorov would be able to do a better job? What pisses me off is the shortsightedness of our choices, or more precisely, Conte's choices. We may well have already had an answer for that position and yet we farmed DiMarco out to Parma without so much as a second thought. And I am pretty sure that he would perform with greater hunger and consistency that the shit shows that Young and Kolorov have given us.

Conte and his lets opt for experience in certain positions is a fucking joke and actually weakened rather than reinforced the team.

Do you know what really scares me? That we have a fire sale in the summer in and we will be stuck with shit cunts like Young and Kolorov as our starters for next season.

I hope that we will let their contracts expire without giving a second thought to their renewals.

Yeah, and what bother me more is that we spend a lot of money on these old ass players who actually weaken the team. It's downright ridiculous to even claim the team needs "experience" as an excuse for throwing money away like this.

If a club is in such a financial crisis they should be really careful about their deals and how they spend their money. Just look at how Barcelona threw hunderds of millions money away for players who never gave 1/10 of that money back and now they are in this red zone.

As in Inter's situation, players like Vidal, Kolarov and Sanchez should never have been signed. The amount of money we are paying to the players/coach who are not even here or have very small contribution to the club is huge, and people wonder why we have no money.

This boner for signing has been old players on high salaries need to be vanished for good. Even when the aged players are signed it must be on a 1+1 year long deal, not 3 years or something kind of deal. With better scouting we could spend this money on younger players who are hungry with more drive to prove themselves and wont costs the club tens of millions of money on salaries.

Some of them would have been starters. Vidal/Ndombele, Kante, Alonso, any of the defenders who replaced Skriniar, Dzeko potentially if he had joined in 2019 as Lautaro hadn't exploded yet. The rest would only be squad players. I am not arguing if it's the right or wrong policy. Each person has his own opinion on the matter. I also get why coaches prefer experience over youth. Their future depends on immediate results so experienced players have lower risk and it's the faster way for success. I only argue the pattern is there.

That's the best we can field. Now it's up to the players to deliver.

That line up looks so good indeed.

Until when the game eventually starts, we'll see Gagliardini there instead of Eriksen.
Gags is the big reveal. Surprise us Conte.

3 Juve games in the space of a month is probably too much for my blood pressure.

Again 12 FUCKING MILLION EUROS a year, and I didn't say better I said on par, we have a better defense than them and a better midfield, they're barely better in attack (mostly because CR7) and a little better depth, we also have a lot of depth no matter how some people refuse to see it, everytime a non usual Serie A watcher watch Inter is surprised that we have Eriksen, Sánchez and Perišić (we also had Nainggolan BTW) on bench, if a 12 FUCKING MILLION EUROS a year coach fails to make use of them is not my fucking problem.

Juve's wage bill is over 300 million Euros a year, even after COVID cuts its 236 million a year :work:

Problem is that Pirlo finally realized that Morata is shite compared to Kulusevski so he's gonna start him and he'll be more and more crucial player for Pirlo Rube. That guy is biggest threat to us,more than CR7.

Juve have too many difference makers. Biggest threats are Ronaldo, Cuadrado, Chiesa (although I hate those two cunts), Dybala and Kulusevski in that order.

We have only Hakimi, Barella now coming closer too but he isn't an attacker. Lukaku & Sanchez once every month or so, too inconsistent.

Interesting that both GdS and SKY / Rai are predicting that lineup for us. Honestly, that's arguably our best possible lineup, even if everyone was available. I've been wanting to see that Eriksen - Brozovic - Barella trio for fucking ages. I think playing Darmian ahead of the other 2 is a good idea too, it'll also partly compensate for Eriksen's weaker defense on that left side.

Other media speculate juve will change their usual 442 flat to a 4231, which would make things more difficult IMO. juve leave shocking amounts of space in their final third and their midfield is ludicrously easy to get behind. Maybe this is an attempt from Pirlo to fix some of that.

In an one off game, we can take anymore. Thats what I am counting on. If the lads are fired up, and thats one thing our coach is supposedly good at, then anything is possible.

Lets stuff those Gobbi tonight.
