Damn, it's been years. But I still remember - it goes something like this - I wasn't a football fan until we started playing football in primary school. Playing on tarmac, getting knees bruised, destroying every ball 'we' ever bought, being on the pitch after school. Those were simplier times. It must've been either '97 or '98 when I started watching football, I remember falling in love with Ronaldo. Also my older brother brought FIFA 98 home and that is probably the FIFA game I played the most in my life. Still remember Song 2 being the main song and the World Cup being included in the game (been a Blur fan ever since). FIFA14 should've had done the same. Damn, times change. EA, I used to love you.

Anyway I remember watching Ronaldo scoring in Inter's jersey, and it was amazing. Much skill, so wow. In '99 I got my fake jersey with Ronaldo at the back. Then Adriano (my brother was always a Milanista, but damn he knew which players I loved), and I also have two other fakes, I went and had Milito and 22 printed on the back. I will get a Zanetti jersey this year, I promise.

I never knew what was going on with this club while I was in primary school, just checked the teletext for results in Serie A and watched our boys in CL when able. At the beginning of the 2000s, I cried twice, when Inter lost in May and when Ronaldo was sold. So by then I was already sure this was definately the club I would do everything for and will never stop cheering.






But there is also another story floating around.

After High School (finished it, tourism), I went to a college of some sort, but didn't finish it in 3 years. And now it's been 3 years without any school, just working for students pay. See, I don't know if you guys have this system in your countries, but if you're young enough, you can work through a students agency, were they offer different jobs. Since the fall of the economy, it's been harder to get a job, not just there, but in the whole country, so I'm pretty happy at sticking with my job at a hospital as a courier. Either I walk around, or if there is no work, read books and visit forums, like this one. I usually don't read or visit forums at home, so I can do other stuff at home.

The pay is not that good and I even work only about 7-12 times a month, so expect me getting 200-350 eu a month. A small amount, and I usually spend most of it through the month. I had other jobs too, but never had a job this long. I've been fucking up in other jobs, too, seems I have no luck.

I doubt I'll ever go back to school. I don't like to sit behind a book or even worse, have to write something. I would blame myself for that, but some blame goes to my parents too, who always expected me to be as good as them in school.

Where do you live?
Near Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Far enough to have fresher air than Ljubljana, but close enough to enjoy the city bus (2 minutes away from my house so badass).

How are the mental institutions over there?

Why does Inter suck at football tactics?
The same things repeating themselves, I'd say. But let's look at it like this.
Since I've known Inter, they always relied on individual qualities of the players up front, while most of the midfield was very defensivly orientated with no playmaking features.

Well, we did had Seedorf and Pirlo, but they were never used the right way. Ofc, not getting the right players 'helped' too. I like Stanković, but him playing AMC wasn't really what we needed. So again, you see, history repeating. Nowadays we also have players playing in positions they are not really suited for.

Plus we change coaches on a regular basis, so there is no gameplan that really stuck. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. We have no philosophy. I don't remember ever having one. Especially when the youth team play with different formations than the first, you know something is wrong. No youth plan, no gameplan, no philosophy equals bad football.

I want Inter to play better football. But in the past 5 years, there were only about 20% of games where Inter played really nice, maybe I'm even giving too much procentage. Fuck it, in the last 10 years there were only 20% of games where we looked good. Yeah, I'm even counting a loss or two. This is worrying. :/
