It's not irrelevant. I'm saying the only reason he's there is because of him. There's no real set guidlines for LGI or Former P&C. Mainly because it doesn't really matter to be honest. There's always going to be people disagreeing with a few. That's why the poll is there. Posting highlights of a player in the former section just makes people remember the player fondly.

What is the point of LGI?

Is it for Lionheart to abuse the poll to place Figo in a section dedicated to the likes of Facchetti, Mazzola, Bergomi, and eventually also Zanetti, Cambiasso, and Milito?

If anything that's an insult to our legends in LGI, and an insult to the players deserving of LGI status in the former section.

And if it doesn't truly matter, then why does it exist?

So it's easier to find threads. Saves having to use the search thread if you want to find a Facchetti thread over say, Kily Gonzalez.

The search function I guess would be for obscure threads really. This just makes finding recent/important/still active players easier to find.

Julio ''Jardinero'' Cruz is perhaps one of the most complete strikers that has worn our jersey.Free kick accuracy, clinical finishing, good shot power, pacey, that's our loyal servant who accepted the role of a back-up because of his love for the club. With 7 career goals vs our fierce rivals Rubentus and 3 (I think ) goals vs city rivals Milan most Interista's won't forget him for a while. LGI-worthy and one of my favorite players.

Well, we all know Figo is not LGI. Dara invited us to vote for Figo, in exchange, he was going to release a video of him coming out the closet, which clearly wasn't released and therefore, FIF got scammed.

Passion completely aside, Cruz was honestly one of the best strikers I've seen in Serie A. He's not a 'show' player for sure, but the guy was fucking dangerous anywhere on the pitch at any time. You don't know when and how he's going to score or directly be involved in one, and his presence on the pitch was a pain in the opponents ass. Ask Juve and Milan fans about him, they will tell how much they've hated seeing on the pitch against them more than any other Inter player because they don't trust the game's outcome while he's playing until they hear the referee's final whistle.

MILAN - Julio Cruz is an Inter player. The Argentine striker has signed a three-year contract worth 1.5m euros per season.

The former Bologna player, 28, will be presented to the media next week. He will be at the squad's training ground in Appiano Gentile this afternoon to greet his new coach and team-mates.

Cruz for a great player for Bologna. For this club he was a fantastic super sub who had a penchant for scoring against Juve. When he was promoted to the started lineup be seldom performed at the level he did when he had came off the bench.
