In his defense, Xhaka is a little overrated. I don't know about this year, but the last seasons he was a good player in an average, but in form team. I do not think he could improve our team that much. That's just how I see it. He seems an awful lot like Shaqiri. He performs on the national team and does some stuff for the club but in the end disappoints on the big scene.

I don't know that much about Soriano, so maybe in comparison he really is a lot better.

If Fredy Guarin goes to Jiangsu Suning, Inter could turn to Sampdoria’s Roberto Soriano for €15m.

The Chinese club already has a deal in place to sign Milan striker Luiz Adriano for €14m plus performance-related bonuses.

Now Sky Sport Italia claim the same side is making a play for Colombia international Guarin, offering more or less the same sum.

Inter would be more than happy to let Guarin go for that price and the player would earn €6m per season wages.

If he does move, the Nerazzurri have identified his replacement at Sampdoria.

The first choice was Fernando, but Samp have no intention of parting with their summer signing.

Soriano is next in line and last week President Massimo Ferrero confirmed he would sell the Italy international “if someone arrived with the doubloons.”

It’s believed his price-tag is €15m.

Also Xhaka will cost us more money than Soriano, Soriano is Serie A proven, he already scored 6 goals and 3 assists from 18 matches so far.

We need a regista more than Soriano. He is a good player but right now he would be a luxury for us to have as we still have Brozovic. We need a young but proven Regista who could bench bot Medel and melo. Maybe Xhaka or even Rabiot.

yeah from costs it would make sense but I think xhaka is way better than soriano, and we would benefit more from him

We can't be so sure Pimp,
we also jizzed about Shaqiri and Podolski last year, Xhaka is a good player, but for Serie A, we don't know for sure...

If Soriano's release clause is only 15 million, we need to jump on that as soon as possible. With his current form he could easily be sold for 20+ million.

But do we need him? He is too offensive to be a DM, a regista. He does contribute to the defense per se, but he hasn't got the defensive awareness and concentration to play in the hole. Sometimes gives away some retarded unneeded fouls.
If we sell guaro and get soriano for few extra mils it's ok, but we still need player for the hole. A regista.

Guarin out 15m, Soriano in 15m - that is the perfect move for us at the moment!

Eder also have very good form 18 matches 11 goals... and can help us - loan out Manaj to make space for Eder!

also Widmer is good option if Montoya terminate his loan and Dodo go out on loan....

As for Soriano, mark my words, he will end up like Poli. You can see that he has got it, but wrong place wrong time.

We need someone with tons of experience, someone like Eder or Palacio but in midfield. I dont know if Fellaini is a real target, but he will improve us alot. I know it sounds shit, but i would rather have for the rest of the season someone like Aquilani or Montolivo, than "potential superstars".

Ithink Soriano is just Guarin's replacement if we end up selling him. Just a goalscoring midfielder. I don't think we are after him as a regista.

The release clause (if true) makes the deal pretty sweet.

If so, and we still sign a regista, than it's fine by me. But him alone will still not improve our creativity by much.

We will sign no mf and keep Guarin happy at San Siro and the pigeons in fear...
