Atleti is hard working team who is fighting against arguably two biggest spenders in football world, team everything is allowed.

Tottanham is team with ugly shirts

Atletico plays hard they don't play dirty. Tottenham played reckeless and out of control and somehow no one was red carded. If Atletico ever played a game like this they'd get at least 3 red cards.

They can be dirty, i can admit on that. Not very often, but usually against stronger opponents they can be too aggressive. Or throw the ball when the opposition is countering

Lol at people saying they don't play dirty, keep lying to yourselves or better yet watch a different sport where that shit is acceptable and wanted.

At least in my eyes I could justify Spurs players antics last night after the frustration of losing a league title. Whereas Atletico actually have it in their game plan to counter "better" teams, lol.

Atletico is aggressive, at times a little dirty. But that's it. Not all the time.

"Justify"? How? It wasn't even close title race to act like cunts and trying all game to break someone's legs.

I specifically said against better teams (domestically and in Europe), not all the time.

Justify is the wrong word, understand is more appropriate. Title race wasn't close?! Figures a Utd fan would say such a thing, people forget that Spurs are having one hell of a season and are only overshadowed because of a smaller club like Leicester even though Spurs are considered underdogs. It sure as fuck hurt the players to lose regardless of how close the title race is.

For anyone who missed their tackles: https://streamable.com/7b9b

Oh come on, this is just inflammatory. Rose's tackles were not dirty for example, and Lamela's tackle was a clear sliding tackle without even touching shins of Chelsea players. Pedro is from Barca, we gonna trust his antics? Or Fabregas'? Walker and Dier were dirty, but when you put it all together like this it skews the reality a bit. I am biased though, but this outrage feels a bit too much.

---

And now they're even dirtier than Atletico?

It wasn't close. Leicester were 7 points ahead and even if Spurs won the game, Leicester had 2 games to seal the title.

This was important game just because this was the game that sealed the title.

For all the hype about Spurs season, they have to get 2 points in next 2 games to match their best point tally which they got in 12/13 season under AVB. Also they are just 3 points ahead of Arsenal. So the best Spurs season is not so better than the average Arsenal season.

On your point though, just because they are hurt doesn't mean they have to act the way they did. Pushing 69 year old man was lowest of all the lows. I wish Costa punched the scumbag who did it.

Even Arsenal should be hurt that they blew the chances to win the title but they don't try to break legs just because they blew it. Instead of trying to win in the last 10 mins, they tried to act as nasty as possible.

Anyways it isn't even new just that this time it was collective effort and everyone did in the same game. Lamela is a scumbag but don't get bad press just because he plays for Spurs.

Spurs are smaller club than Arsenal, ManCity, ManUtd or Chelsea, and for a club like that to have a season they've had is pretty big. They absolutely destroyed two Manchester clubs and would have beaten Chelsea last night comfortably had they been less pumped up. They're among the youngest teams in the league afaik

It's a game, no one was hurt, chill with moralizing...

So should react only when someone is hurt? No wonder you are defending every shit action by them.

No one denied Spurs had a good season but the hype was too much when you look at points.

City with Pep in charge will walk the league IMO. They will spend big this season.

But the fact that no one was hurt is not insignificant and tells those tackles were not as bad. And I've said Dier and Walker were dirty.

Well, thats an interesting thought - I think theres a lot of disruption likely to happen at City, particular around some of the keystones in Toure, Kompany possibly, etc, so I wouldnt take it for granted yet

Thought I was reading Forza Leicester City Forums for a while.

Only active threads today were this thread and the Claudio Ranieri thread.

Some spurs player pushed Hiddink and he fell down. But the manager was not hurt so we have to ignore that also? Dembele eye-gouging Costa should also be ignored? Lamela walking on Fabregas' hand?

Dier's tackle could have ended someone's Euro dreams just like how Origi's was ended. It wasn't fair tackle and nowhere near the ball.

Also no one hates spurs. People are saying as it is. They acted like cunts this game and rightly called out for that.

Toure is gone IMO. Lot of rumors about signings of Gundogan and also Laporte. Hoping you are correct on this.

How many times do I need to say Dier was dirty? And I was only talking about the tackles, i.e. Spurs' on-field behavior. Not eye-gouging or pushing.

Hiddink is an older gentleman and people should treat him with respect and be more careful, even though I don't really mind when young people, i.e. players get a bit combative. But the one who did it should be ashamed. And come out and admit it.

Thats what I mean. Toure is gone and hes a rock (less so last few months but in general).... With Laporte coming in who knows what that means for Kompany. Probably still first team starter and Captain, but its potentially quite disruptive...

We'll just have to see. I think City could take a while to settle, to be honest...

With Utd its so open at the moment. Theyre not so far from being able to compete for the league, but is it just a managerial change away? I would argue that you need a new striker, maybe a midfielder and a CB/RB... But things could change if, for example, Depay is sold this summer, even though he hasnt been great lately I do think he's still a good player
