Good for you Mancini. You just relax, don't worry about coaching and don't hurry back into it....

“He’s a great lad and a great player, it only depends on him because he’s still only 26.”

4 years later: "The lad can still turn around his career, the boy is still only 30."

Beats me why this fucker is still under La Grande.

Looking at everyone'a post, this seems to belong to Flamers' Paradise more than this joke of a subforum.

Mancini up for England job
By Football Italia staff

Roberto Mancini is one of the candidates to take over the England job, as Sam Allardyce leaves by mutual consent.

Allardyce was only appointed just 67 days ago, but his position became untenable following a sting by the Daily Telegraph newspaper.

He had emergency talks with the Football Association today and has left the bench by mutual consent this evening.

Gareth Southgate is expected to be placed in charge as caretaker manager for the World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia next month.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, ex-Inter boss Mancini is one of the prime candidates to take over in the long-term.

He has experience in England, having won the Premier League title with Manchester City.

Mancio had already been linked with the position over the summer, but only left Inter with two weeks to go before the start of the season.

“The FA can confirm that Sam Allardyce has left his position as England manager,” read a statement this evening.

“Allardyce's conduct, as reported today, was inappropriate of the England manager. He accepts he made a significant error of judgement and has apologised. However, due to the serious nature of his actions, The FA and Allardyce have mutually agreed to terminate his contract with immediate effect.

“This is not a decision that was taken lightly but The FA's priority is to protect the wider interests of the game and maintain the highest standards of conduct in football. The manager of the England men's senior team is a position which must demonstrate strong leadership and show respect for the integrity of the game at all times.

“Gareth Southgate will take charge of the men's senior team for the next four matches against Malta, Slovenia, Scotland and Spain whilst The FA begins its search for the new England manager.

“The FA wishes Sam well in the future.”

I can't imagine Mancio coaching a team and not asking for transfers. :D

That's literally what I was thinking. Also, his phone talents won't be explored too much.

But he is gonna be in the spotlight and there is nothing more that Mancini loves than being in the spotlight, maybe Yaya.

IMO, it's the worst job for him. He can't buy players, so how else is he going to get in dispute with the management and leave?

Mancini probably knows EPL in and out but I highly doubt he knows much about English players.

He can always blame everything on the fact that the players are English.

The expectations are literally 0. If he succeeds he's a brilliant Italian coach, if he fails, well fuck it its England they were always going to fail anyways.

A bit like Klinsmann with the U.S. to be honest.
