Inter Ultras 'to protest tonight'

Inter’s Curva Nord Ultras have announced that there will be a protest this evening during the match with Torino.

The club has been in turmoil of late over controversy surrounding Captain Mauro Icardi’s book and a poor run of results that has left Coach Frank de Boer on the verge of the sack.

Rumours have been circulating that Laurent Blanc has already been approached to replace him, but the fans have clearly had enough of the turbulent times at the club.

"Maybe you have not understood us, the perks are over," came the clear message from the Ultras ahead of tonight’s crucial contest. The message was distributed via fanzines, reports from Gazetta dello Sport suggested.

The nature of the protest remains unclear, but if the result proves to be unfavourable there is sure to be an intense reaction from the club’s fans.

I want to see Jovetic in the starting line up as a striker. Icardi is our most talented goalscorer, but i want to see what Jovetic and his style of playing can contribute to the team in these days. Maybe he can create confusion and chaos for the opposition defence and make space for other players. Icardi could be the perfect supersub when we need a goal and have to make crosses in to the box. A rest could also be healthy. This is just a thought.

This couldn't be furthest from the truth. Apart from Perisic and Icardi, he got the most chances from all of our attackers. Since Eder joined Inter in January he played in 14 matches(8 as a starter) while Palacio played in 12(8 as a starter), Ljajic played in 10(5 as a starter), Jovetic played in 9(6 as a starter) and Biabiany played in 10(4 as a starter). The problem with Eder isn't that he didn't get enough chances under Mancini. He may be a good player for Sampdoria but he's not good enough for Inter. As simple as that.

Icardi can't be benched against Torino because he should be motivated against Maxi Lopez. And Maxi again, against us.

JoJo, in his limited chances has been utter shit for us. i'd rather try gabigoal, or even eder up top and Ivan and candreva on the wings

Anyone who is going to the ground and game tonight,, can i ask everybody to get behind the team and the manager for the full 90 minutes,,,support the players out on the pitch,,, then when the 90 minutes are up ,, what will be will be,,,,if they want to sack the manager they will do,,but if everyone pulls in the right direction maybe we can pick the 3 points up ,, and start to move back up the league table,,be loud be proud,,FORZA INTER,,, :interscarf:
