He can't be 1.80 m tall. I suspect something 1,7 or 1,72. maybe the numbers were mixed.

1,72 m and 80 kg

Footballers can be deceptively tall. Crespo for example always seemed so small to me but the guy is 1.81m

Never was the quality to play here, but he did give his all when he was on the pitch. It was a mistake getting him in the first place and Mancini's logic for getting him. Can't hate on him too much.

Now since he is gone, I can say he is doing his job as decent back up for first 1.5 half season. Only people being overboard thinking replacing Icardi with him will made us playing better and give us the fluidity lmao best joke ever. Thx ederinho.. good luck in China..

I'll keep it nice and clean: as time went on, I felt more and more uncomfortable watching him play for Inter.
Probably not as uncomfortable as Frank De Boer felt when Eder started screaming and threw an hysterical tantrum at him, in front of all the other players inside the dressing room*, but whatever.

Great one touch assist for Icardi, leading to the penalty against Lazio: nothing to say about his farewell, at least that.

All's well that ends well, for both parties.

*allegedly

I'll never forget the games you had certain goals but instead chose to fall to the ground to get a foul. Fuck you for that. I'll never forget that you spent nearly 3 seasons here and did fuck all. So again fuck you for that. I'll never forget the absolute cringe in my stomach I'd feel when we were a goal down and you would be subbed on to save us. You failed to help us nearly every single time. Well fuck you for that too.

Good fucking riddance!

I know what you mean, but it also depends on the observer. E.g. if you keep seeing Crespo next to Ibrahimovic you perceive him to be a short person. But a Parma fan might not perceive him as short.

Crespo is actually 1.84m. I've spent so much time playing PES that I automatically connect the number 1.84 to Crespo . Didn't even google it :p

He will be remembered as discount Julio Cruz who watched Barcelona a tad too much.

Cruz was a legend. Eder is more like a longterm Rocchi.

Zhang's Ok
Hello everyone!
In these last days many times I have rethought my career. In Italy I arrived 14 years ago and every day I learned something beautiful, I had the chance to make it through football. I am proud to have worn the blue shirt and experienced great moments with the national team, such as those of the European Championship 2016.
Empoli, Frosinone, Brescia, Cesena, in Genoa with Sampdoria, in Milan with Inter: in every city I leave friends to which I have already said that today is only a goodbye, because they are part of my history as a man.
Leaving Italy was not easy, leaving Inter was a difficult choice. The sense of belonging to the Nerazzurri family is something that if you do not feel it you do not understand it. Although the first two seasons did not go as we hoped, even if I played less than I wanted, I'm proud and happy to have made a contribution to bring back the team and the fans where they deserve: in the Champions League. If I think back to the last game with Lazio in Rome, I still get excited: an unforgettable evening !!! Thanks to the property, the President, the managers, all the managers and employees, the staff of Appiano Gentile, the doctors, physiotherapists, warehouse workers, and all my COMPANIONS, every day with you was a great day. And thanks to Mr. Spalletti and all the staff:mad:inter
Now China is waiting for me, a new professional adventure, a new chapter in my career that I will always face with seriousness and commitment!
I will continue to cheer for all of you. To
love each other is the most beautiful feeling that every one of us can give to others.
With love,
Goodbye letter

Honestly I remember really disliking Cruz back in the day because he would get playing time over players that I liked way more. On the other hand he would score almost every time, he was the definition of impact sub, as much as I didn't want to see that then.

It's true that Cruz was, well, unmarketable. But comparing to him to Eder in any way is a direct insult!

Nostalgia really fucks shit up.

Cruz was crap. Forget his construction worker kiss ass persona.

He was never our first striker but frequently delivered double digit scoring seasons.

He was so much better for us than Eder.
