As much as I love Ljajic, he shouldn't be the one taking the corners when Telles is playing.

Mancini should adjust his set-piece strategy and assignments since we are very wasteful there.

What I wouldn't give to see a midfield 4 of Joao Mario, Sneijder, Borja Valero, and Nainggolan. Opponents would be blinded.

I thought there was a brief spell where he wasn't as awful as the rest of his midfield colleagues for a while.

No idea this thread existed. I liked Taider. Can't recall him shooting from one but I distinctly remember him putting in some great crosses from free kicks here and there. He had a great work rate, was comfortable on the ball and was cheap. He was by no means any worse than any of the other rotation midfielders we've bought since then.

If we had to designate a rank of set piece takers in our current squad, I'd put Brozovic as first choice for all set pieces, corners from both sides, free kicks at goal and free kicks from long range, even though his delivery can be wildly inconsistent. I'd very reluctantly put Politano second and then Candreva I guess. What a sad list.

Taider actually is talented and did decent or us. Shame his brain is off most of the time.

For the current team, it's Brozo, by far. His corners are good, and his FKs, well, there is no one else to take them really. It sucks when you have no one in the team that can take FKs.
