Now would be the right time for Conte's public tantrum

We'll buy Messi. We won't.

We agree to buy Tonali. We don't and act as if nothing ever happened.

We give up on Godin for free out of fucking nowhere.

I expect more of the same.

From buying Messi to offloading Godin. :p

Sky Italia: Cagliari are in advanced talks with Inter to sign Diego Godin. The agreement is still to be reached between the two clubs and on personal terms - but talks on. Also Rennes asked for Godin few days ago. He’s gonna leave Inter.

It also confirms confidence in skriniar. What else do you guys want honestly.

The real winner is Godin, who gets to play every game in a low pressure environment in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Guess he wasn't as essential to Conte as we thought. I doubt we'd let him go if he put his foot down about it. Maybe Gagliardini isn't essential either... but who am I kidding?

From a sporting point of view, Godin was a bit underwhelming this season imo, even in his better stretch towards the end. I think he's still a very good player and would walk into many starting 11s, but I don't think his departure necessarily makes us worse.
But we lose depth and more importantly-- leadership.

It could be a good chance to save on wages, but I hope it's a calculated move.

I want us getting rid of Ranocchia instead, offer a wage cut for Godin (same amount he would earn at Cagliari) and don’t waste a penny on Darmian as shitty “replacement”.

I am in disbelief. Anyone that was raging at Conte needs to wake the fuck up, Suning have pulled the plug this past month. Its over

Many clubs are in sell before buy mode even PSG are doing it but yes lets blame Suning :palm:

I'm okay with Godin leaving, he deserves more playtime. I'm not okay with his replacement being fucking Darmian.

Ranocchia isnt serviceable or in demand, whereas Godin definitely is. Theres a pattern here that clues us in as to why we arent able to sell certain players.

To find a way to blame this on Conte.
Bitching after bitching after bitching.....first let’s bitch about us signing 30+yr olds on high wages, then let’s bitch about us letting go 30+yr olds on high wages, then let’s bitch about Skriniar leaving, then let’s bitch about a move that basically guarantees Skriniar staying.
Bitch fest all around. It’s who can bitch louder.

Player who has won some trophies, has taken part in few finals including two CL finals, and he would be happy playing in Sardinia? Give me a break.

This is nothing else than financial move by Inter. We want to clean his salary out of the way. Pretty positive Conte isn't too happy.

I hope the replacement is Kumbulla and not Darmian.

Do you want skriniar on the bench or starting? Because Godin proved more capable. I doubt Skri wants another year as second option and you dont want to sell skriniar, so what should inter do.

If the move is to give skri another chance, then Godin's wages are wasted as a bench player.

Good news for Inter as Skriniar stays as starter.
