Last season only, when both of them underwent knee surgeries and needed a long time to recover. Unlike Sensi, neither Vidal nor Vecino was injury-prone before (Vecino was even a constant starter in Spalletti era); so I could safely assume that they have many minutes available next season.

You can't cross them out like they don't exist. We are paying them a lot of money -> use their stamina, let them work. You are wasting resources if you don't use your employees.

The point is, wingback is the most demanding position on the field, while our depth there is terrible. I don't want to burn Nandez to death covering for others' jobs. He needs some rest too; otherwise, it increases the chance of injury or he will perform like shit due to exhaustion.

Vidal has had knee problems for years. He's definitely injury prone.

That’s what I mean. Last season surgery was to get rid of that relapse knee injury. Now everything should be fine.

Much different with Sensi, when his entire body is made of glass.

So GdS claim the total cost of the operation could be 26m. Inter are offering 3m loan with option to buy for 23m while Cagliari are asking for 5m loan with option to buy for 21m. Imo Nandez needs to have a tremendous season to be worth the redemption.

I mean I only saw him at Copa America and he couldn’t get past Tesillo who fking sucks.

I am not against him as a sub but 26 million is fking insane

unless it’s 2-3 players we don’t want + a youth player they will develop.

thought this was a covid market this dude is worth 10 million at most.

What a day to be alive. After all that euphoria of the Scudetto, now our prime target on the mercato is Nahitan fucking Nandez. Fuck this shit. He is a Vecino-level transfer.

Hakimi is gone, Eriksen is finished, Lautaro has one foot out of the door, and we will probably lose Lukaku too this summer or next. From now on, its gonna be the Nandezes of the world for us.

Lets look it from the positive side of things. We aint giving away Lukaku for peanuts like we did Sneijder. We will actually get money if we go the same way like last time.

It may look like a little step for other teams but for us this is huge.

According to Pedulla, there's a total agreement for Nandez and the only thing missing is Cagliari finding an agreement for Nainggolan.

Yeah it's apparently we pay 2m€ for Nandez loan and 3m€ gross for Nainggolan salary ( so 1/3 of his gross salary) as he goes on loan there.

Although I have been somewhat impressed by him when we've played against Cagliari, I do hope this is a temporary solution, and we will find a replacement more in the ilk of Hakimi for 22/23.
