I agree, Asamoah completley raped our defense today... and frankly if thats what they have in store I dont even want to think about how this season will end up for us

Yea just blame Mancini, thats most easy. It's mancinis fault that Cordoba made own goal and that JC get red carded?!? Maxvell should be benched when Chivu is fit to play, with this I agree.

Cruz was invisible, when we were down 10-men i thought that it would be just the same since we've been playing 10-men since 1st half, but why every players passed the ball inacurately, especially stankovic.
cordoba looked bad in fighting defensive header. i dont understand why when the ball on asamoah feet it was samuel who marked asamoah (of course asamoah could easily beat samuel with his speed), and when the ball on the air it's cordoba on asamoah. bad mistake..

milan and juventus won, a bad start. but after a defeat, a draw, i hope we'll star our consecutive wins (like last season, starting with a draw with udinese). matrix, plz get well soon

Udinese do have a BIT more quality than Genoa. And we were down to 10 men, though that's only our own fault.

It's mancini's fault the team were not in 'shape', as he blamed after the Roma match. It's Mancini who makes all the tactical decisions, we didn't play remotely well today, 11 men or 10.

Mancinis only two mistakes in this game

(1) was starting Cordoba. He should have NEVER started, negating the need to use Chivu in the second. Asamoa had Cordoba owned the ENTIRE game, numerous times, NUMEROUS times he was beaten for the aerial ball from many situations mostly corners and inswinging crosses. Chivu would've never been beaten like that in that air.

(2) Not subbing Dejan late in the second half when he was clearly labouring.

Its not the end of the world for me. We are only 2 points behind.

TRUE! and with this I end my night... I'm so tired after these unconvincing games all we need is a new midfielder till the end of transfer period

I think we played well in first half, our defense sucked I agree..But I dont think Mancini have some speed motor to put in Cordobas and Samuel ass so they run faster.

If Moratti and the club's management have any sense they will do the following:

1. Look for a new central midfielder to play in Vieira's position. Vieira has broken down now on two occassions, both very soon after returning from injury. It does not take a genius to understand that he will spend more time injured than playing for us this season and his absence is going to leave a large hole in our midfield.

2. Sort the situation out with Adriano. Quite frankly, I do not believe Inter should simply put all their faith in Suazo and leave Adriano to go his way.

I am also sick of Recoba. Surely Adriano has more chance of contributing to our season than Recoba and yet it seems Adriano is the player they want to loan out.

If Recoba has any sense of pride, love for the club and for himself, he would simply leave, allowing Adriano and the rest of our frontment to fight for places.

3. Teach Maxwell how to mark. He works very hard but he is not playing in Holland. I lost count of the number of times crosses came in from his side. Chivu should play at left back if Maxwell can not handle the position.

What a miserable way to start the new season. Milan and Juventus raped their respective opponents and we failed to be beat Udinese.

To be an Inter supporter is to truly suffer.

how about tactically? We lacked any real link up play between midfield and up front, he played samuel and cordoba in defence.... Everything about this game was absolutely shocking

Nothing wrong with the team's shape or anything else. Our problems started only after JC's red card. And without Cordoba's own goal we could've won this.

We lost this game because of stupid indvidual mistakes.

Almost the same mistakes against Roma.

we need a playmaker.
the team missed a forward, as ibrahimovic played more like a playmaker than a forward. we need a real playmaker so that ibra can play as a forward.

If they haven't got the pace then you sell them and sign faster defenders...

It's a stupid notion to have 'slow' defenders especially against a team who have very fast players such as asamoah... Or is that beyond mancini's intellect?

it was just bad luck in cordoba's case

wrong place at the wrong time, it wasnt as if he had any time to react

JC made one costly mistake

cruz played incredibly bad game

we played as if once we had that goal, udinese was just going to let us win

samuel played poorly, although that maybe down to first team absence

and maxwell, shit he was getting abused left right and centre, everytime they created a 2 on 1, he was found wanting

shit mancini!!! why the hell didnt you swap maxwell into midfield and shove chivu in LB!?!?!

overall, this was one shit match played by inter

its ruined my week

When my heart goes very fast and i smell something, it's expected to happen something bad, i had the same feeling 2 years ago vs Villarreal and in other defeats.

Asamoah was running circles around our defence from the first minute... it was only a matter of time before they scored, in my opinion... with or without Julio Cesar

Cruz Adriano has to be really shite when he's the 5th choice striker with Cruz infront of him.
