Well we all wanted a quick goal but it didnt come..We had two great chances by Cruz but he couldnt convert..

Put Figo in for Stan who looks like he is already tired or injured or whatever the fuk is wrong with him.

Sums it up pretty good Pravesh. I might add that Cruz desite his miss has also done well. Zanetti and Ibra have been great. I hope to see more from them in the second half. We've played good. Not created all that much but we've had a good first half and should be 1-0 up.

We play well . . . but we need to play better to beat Liverpool . . .

Also Liverpool defense really well, space is very limited . . . If this was the Inter side during the last few weeks we wouldn't create any chances . . .

BTW, even Cassano is in the Stadium

I wish we played like this in the 1st leg. Effort is there and we're easily the better team. All that's missing is a goal. Cruz missed a sitter which could come back to haunt us. Ibra and Capitano have been brilliant.

I don't understand why can't we play with a farking playmaker when we need to score.

And I about had enough with Stan, what the fark is he doing on the pitch? He is no starting material with this condition.

And Vieira might be French, he might get injured alot and he might make a scene when subbed, but at least he can hold the ball for a while, something Stan can't do. There is no point on having him and Stan on the same pitch.

Maicon thinks he is playing some drill with the Brazilian NT. He has been casual and providing sucky crosses. Why is it that the fans are more urgent and frustrated than the players.

Rivas has been immense, and Chivu should stop slipping and supplying corners that are ATROCIOUS.

JZ has been on fire, he is carrying the entire team, and Ibra is providing good touches but he needs the ball more.

We've created a share of chances, several that Cruz can't be happy about not putting away. We need to do better on free kicks and crosses. We're making it easy for their center backs.

Figo would be a good sub on the half. Viera isn't aggressive enough. Ibra has been holding well but we need to convert our opportunities to chances in the box. Not a bad start.

We have been playing well for most of the game really. Alot better than in recent performances.

Zanetti has been absolutely worldclass, MOM by far so far. Ibra has been doing well also, and so have most of the team.

Cambiasso hasnt looked too good on several occasions though, for some reasons he has slipped alot.

Stankovic is the dead link to the attack for sure, we need figo on for him from first minute in second half. He's freekicks has been horible as well.

Shame Cruz missed that 90% chance that ibra served him, game would be more exciting then and we would actually have had a shot. Im affraid we will get too tired in the second half to be effective enough to score 2 goals.

But despite playing well, we arent creating enough scoring chances, and Cruz missing the one true chance we created doesnt help either.

I saw Cassano in the stands, any way to get him on the pitch:nervous:?

Something is wrong w/ the grass. Everyone's slipping. ...Ok, maybe not everyone. But a lot of them did. Off topic, but wasn't it here (home) that Maxwell hurted his ankle?

Anyway, Vieira was invisible. Stan...was trying. Not sure if Figo is going to keep up w/ the pace of the game though.

Overall, decent performance. Ok, better, than our last few.

Whatever happens at the end, happens. I'm happy w/ the way the boys fought so far

Oh yeah, reading all of you guys' comment, I do think that I missed one thing. Replace Stankovic with Figo and we might be more effective upfront, IF Mancini is not planning to drop on of the 3 CBs'

Am saying it again, plzzz Mancini, don't wait till the 80th minute for the first sub !!:boxing:
