Forum Supporter10 years of FIFLame. Like everyone, I thought Santon had a good future ahead of him but he's been average or worse for the last few seasons. But still to sell him at 20 years old for peanuts?? Dumb decision tbh. I wouldn't be surprised if Santon ends up nothing more than a Pasquale (useful squad player for a mid-table club) but I also wouldn't be surprised if he rediscovers his form at Newcastle and is sold to Milan or Juventus at some point and becomes an important player for them.

Balotelli had to go, look what he's doing at Man City! Being a diva!
Santon in this case needed to go. I found him to be a liability, even though he is young.

Forum Supporter10 years of FIFFarewell santon, he had played average for a while now but I did think he would find form again esp as we gave a tactical manager again, selling him seems excessive. I guess we will see if it wad a good decision or not in a few years time, good luck santon.
