If we did not insert a buy back clause with a fixed cost then it would be a stupid move. Santon is talented and still too young to be sold out and in the preseason he was good although he played without confidence from coach/management, i have a feeling that he will have a great season next year .

I am not too sure to be honest. We already have Taiwo for the LB spot plus we have Didac who is Spain's U21 LB on loan at Espanyol and we also have our own primevera products De Vito and De Sciglio who are very promising. Plus, considering how EPL clubs love to overprice their players, Milan won't go for Santon unless he is cheap...

At best, I could see him being brought on as Abate's cover (while being the occasional LB backup). The difference between Pirlo, Seedorf and Santon is that the latter isnt directly moving to us....
