If width is a problem, that formation can easily be morphed into a 4-3-3 though I question whether or not Sneijder and Alvarez can be productive in such roles. In the summer I want one new good defender (loan Juan) and a real good forward who can pass a defender with speed and dribble skills, like Lavezzi or Jovetic. Moreover, I would put Ranocchia in Lucio's lot because that kid desperately needs playing time:

i think next window we sell 2 players. sneijder should go. i THINK he is dragging us down big time.
i think signing poli and hopefully gaurin to accompany kucka as our new midfielders will be good. but other then that we need new fowards. forlan, pazini and milito... all great in their own respect but not effective all the time. and forlan has been injured too much.. so im expecting lavezzi-pandev deal and a move for isla in the summer. on top of the signing of the 3 midfielders.

idk, i dont think its a good idea to put all this pressure on the young players... the team needs stability for young players to be integrated correctly. el chuchu needs to sit more, not because he is bad but then his effective will be more.
poli is a gem, i have no doupt in my mind inter will keep him and he should be given regular playing time.
obi needed a loan most out of our youngins
cou will do good in spain, he needs to grow week by week not get 60 min every other month.
pharohs is just a boss in the making!

This is FM 2012 team who is made for Guardiola and his style of football. I know that Lucas and one of duo Hazard/Goetze would cost around 60 mil but we have money from Eto'o and Balotelli to cover that. By selling Maicon we can get money for Isla and Motta can cover Guarin. Plus we have money from Mourinho, that can be used for Palombo and if something missing.

I know that money isn't problem for a man who broke records for Ronaldo, Vieri, Crespo etc. Problem is his will to spend, after CL win Moratti is another man.

1. You just can't replace a whole team in 1 mercato, Real life isn't FM
2. Banega, Lucas and Farfan are non- EU (only 2spots may be filled)
3. An attack with G.Rossi, Farfan, Forlan?
4. I don't think many clubs would be interested in 30+ players of mediocre level.
5. We aren't Bbilan, we don't ditch most of our legends.. It would be fair to include Cordoba, Stanko to our coaching staff. Especially Cordoba.

Sneijder will leave and hopefully we can get rid of the older guys who are only here for a check. As soon as Guarin is healthy I'd bench Zanetti for him. Look Zanetti is a legend but how long are we going to start a fing 38 year old for 40 games per season? People thinking he can play till he is 50 is another reason our team is shit
