One rumor says he wants to come the next says he wants to stay. He'll probably be an Inter player sooner rather than later

OK, Strama just said that he is not even sure that Paulinho is a real target for the club.

WTF is going on?

One thing I have to say... I find it very funny how those Brazilian players all want to stay in Brazil in order to compete at 2014 World Cup. If they are afraid they cannot make it in Europe then what makes them expect they can suddenly win the World Cup.

Exactly my thought. I also can't understand what the shit this means. What gives these idiots the idea of staying in Brazil's shitty league will increase their chance to be picked for their NT in 2 years?

Isn't it actually the other way round? I mean if I were the coach, I would pick players who have proven themselves on the big stage, which would be Europe (Hulks, Thiago Silvas, Marcelos, etc., not some fucking unknown dude from Sao Paolo). If I were a Brazilian player, I would kill for the opportunity to move abroad right now & prove my qualities. What are they gonna get if they stay in Brazil?

It's time to close this thread.

I'm really fed up with all this Brazilian crap. Their club presidents, their players, their way of dealing & thinking... all fucking nut jobs to me.

Good idea to close this fucking pain in the ass thread & concentrate on something else. Let these fucking trolls just go fuck themselves.

True. If we missed on Poli to get Paulinho, i'd understand. But it seems we will fail for both. All in all, EPIC FAIL from the management :palm: (And no, this time is not Brancas fault :p ) Ausilio is the one in Brazil.

Close this thread, one day he is coming the other day isnt. I dont understand why do they believe in staying in Brazil will grant them first class tickets to WC 2014, one thing i am sure of most of them are afraid if they come to europe they will fail, and maybe that is why they dont wanna play for european teams,

I really do hope Lucas fail at Olympics as well so they dont claim he is the new " FUCKING WHATEVER "

Well, Brazilian League is the world's most competitive. If Inter or Milan disputed the Brazilian Championship, would play no more than the tenth position in the table.

:eek:blivious:

Well, I remember one recent example: Felipe Melo signed a contract extension with Fiorentina and then transferred to Juventus a few weeks later. I guess Fiorentina wanted to maximise the transfer fee gobbi would pay.

That being said, Brazil and their release clauses can get fucked. I understand trying to keep your players or selling them for as much as possible, but be reasonable please :palm:

Is this true? Source?

Yes, both Paulinho and Ralf extended their contracts until 2015. Since the player had stated that he would stay as long as they gave him a new deal, I think this speculation is as good as dead for now.

It's the same that happens with Porto, for instance. Try buying James Rodriguez, Fernando or even freaking Rolando. But since they play in Europe, in the super competitive Portuguese league, no one gives a shit but FSM forbid if anyone outside Europe does the same...

I guess he will be earning close to 1.5 million euros per year now.

If the news on UOL are true, than he'll make roughly net wages in Corinthians than the rumoured 2 mill euros/year Inter offered.

Anyway... 2 million per year from us? Fuck, that's a huge wage!

What about Poli's announcement?

I am beginning to think it will be impossible to sign Brazilians.

I haven't read if Corinthians bought a part of the player's rights. If they did, it's game over, but if they didn't a bigger offer could still convince the owners to cash in.
