If you think Cassano is a naughty boy, wait to see him :p

He's quick and has dribbling skills. I doubt he's good for a good team in a top European league. He's no better and definetly not going to get any better than any of our players. I'd say that Solari is more useful than him for Inter :D The Greek public has rejected him for the Greek national team(when he was offered the citizenship there was unrest) Good that he chose Mejicco :)

Napoli up Cassano interest

Sources in Italy suggest that Napoli are likely to table a bid for unsettled Real Madrid striker Antonio Cassano.

Cassano has been regularly linked with a return to Italy after falling out of favour at the Bernabeu this term, with Napoli amongst several sides said to be tracking the Bari-born marksman.

The Vesuviani reportedly lined up an offer in January, but were unable to meet Real or Cassano’s demands. Now, having returned to Serie A, it may be a different story.

Recent whispers state that Paolo Cannavaro and Francesco Montervino have visited Madrid to talk to Cassano, while his agent Beppe Bozzo allegedly spoke to Napoli’s director of sport Pierpaolo Marino last week.

International agent Ernesto Bronzetti believes that Cassano would enjoy playing at the Stadio San Paolo.

“I think it would be an excellent move,” he told Radio Incontro. “Cassano needs to feel valued by his public and Napoli have the kind of fans he needs.”

The rumours gained some momentum yesterday when Stuttgart striker Daniel Ljuboja claimed the Azzurri want to pair him with Cassano next term.

The Serbian star impressed on loan to Hamburg this term, but was not offered a permanent move to the AOL Arena and is now searching for a new challenge.

Well.. Our striker department seems to be very fine now..
5 technically very good strikers in Zlatan, Adriano, Suazo, Crespo, Cruz..

I think only thing that seperate them for being in the 1st eleven would be their form, injury and tactic that mancini wanted to use..

I even believe that Cruz can be our starter if he is on fire..

So i dont really think we need tevez.. Because if tevez is to come.. Most possible Adriano or Cruz are to leave..

Huge loss on Tevez. Can we do anything right? Zanetti, Cruz, Cambiasso, Crespo all talking to him and he STILL rejects us. Wow.

The Inter president underlined that "Tevez is no longer a target, we are fine as we are in attack",

If only we were able to finish a deal. Even though I do agree that "we are fine as we are in attack," There was room for improvment. *cough* Tevez *cough*

Always room for improvement without exaggerating. Honestly a lot of people say "why should we get such and such, we don't need him, we are fine with the players we use", then they wonder why we aren't as competitive in CL. We need a lot of players for rotation. It keeps players fresh, and the team ready for action whenever, even when injury happens.

- again without exaggerating on the buys. By all means keep all the key players that made our team strong and successful. But let's not sit on our successes (and asses) and let's improve where we can. That's how other teams stay ahead - and I'm not talking about serie A teams here.

So rotation and backup is needed. Hell the Romans used a rotation method when fighting, and look how far that took them conquest wise.

He rejected us because we seemingly put a deadline on his transfer. If so, Branca and Oriali have done a weird judgement. Tevez has several interested parties following him and he certainly won't make a decision this fast. Unless Moratti has himself decided that Inter will continue with Adriano (Recoba all over, anyone?) and therefore made the Tevez transfer more or less impossible. I can't think of anything else.

I agree with Stefan. Pato is a great talent, but a club like Inter is not one to spend 20 million plus on an extremely young player who let's admit, might not even pan out, or at the very least, won't be able to play for a few years. Let's face it- Pato is for a club that usually makes these kind of investments, such as a Chelsea that can afford it and Man Utd. Inter won't make this investment- b/c they usually try to find value buys in the young department. Anyone who argues that we should buy Pato- think about this. Would you be happy if we ended the summer with Pato but no trequartista? I would gladly give up Pato if it meant we can use that 20+ millions for a real trequartista that can really shore up the weakness in our team and lead us to glory in the near future.

If we are spending soo much on a wonderkid, lets go to France and spend it on Nasri.

Nasri is unwilling to move from OM till next season.

Loan him out to them. We can have a pre-contract with the club or something. We can do anything after all we're paying 25m.;)

It's the smart thing to do. We could've wasted three weeks bidding war on Tevez and he ends up in Madrid. He never preferred Inter, he even said that those were just silly rumors.

No one would now about the future...
Does he really worth that amount of money now or in the future no one would be able to tell..
i believe.. no one would be crying if he can be kaka/ronaldinho.:D :D :D
And i will be the 1st to kill him if he would be recoba/robinho:wallbang:
Of course i would hope he will be the next kaka/ronaldinho..:p

But i really doubt INTER would do such deal... and dont really remember when is the last time.. maybe adriano..

Moeny should be put on Quaresma, already proven in Europe and I have a feeling has the chance to explode on the world scene if just given the shot.

Pato has got skill .. i'v seen the boy in action and he has that special creative genius to flirt with the ball .. the guy has talent and i'd go for him in a heart beat.

25m is abit too much if you ask me .. but hey u knw what as long as we get the midfielders we need then i don't care how much Moratti spends. But if these 25 mean were not gonna hav money for midfielders then no thanks !

btw .. u guys keep mentioning Nasri and Quaresma .. First of all these two are midfielders, Pato is a forward (sub for Ibra). Second, Nasri won't come ! they guy has realised his boyhood dream of representing OM at the Champions league, plus he won't risk moving and risking a loss of form and thus losing his place on the NT ahead of Euro's .. trust me he won't move this year ;)

Pato is good .. but first midfielders then Pato .. and if Pato is to be signed then selling Adriano is a MUST !!!
with Pato we'd have:
3 strikers: Sauzo, Crespo, Cruz
+
Ibra and Pato as his sub which is perfect seeing as Ibra will start always when he is fit and being so young Pato can take his time to adabt

Well it was totally expected. Atleast he leaves with a scudetto medal I think.

Anyway mods update the transfer official thread.
