I invented that 30m€ myself. People, try to read the posts please? I said IF Inter was is buying him, it would cost close to 30m€ to get him. Chelsea paid ~20m€ to get him couple of years ago so why on Earth would they sell him for less ass they have done the work on developing Obi Mikel to European football (top level).

That 30m€ was just my speculation and my guess how much a club must pay to get Obi Mikel.

Yeah, but that isn't the case. They've offered him a new five-year deal. Only thing is that Obi Mikel isn't sure does he want to stay because he won't be a starting player. Ballack, who signed a one-year extension, goes ahead of him in the pecking order because of the name. Mourinho, if contacted Mikel, has probably granted trust for the player, after all Jose was the one who wanted Mikel so badly to Chelsea (physical African player, no surprise )

Alonso would be F'n great but all signs are pointing to him joining Perez's Madrid and given he's a Spaniard (well Basque actually, but that's another story) you would bet that he would prefer a move back to La Liga rather than Serie A.

What about D'Agostino? he said he would jump at the chance to join us, he's a good creative central midfielder plus an Italian, he would add some much needed range of passing to our midfield.

With Diego going to Juve I wonder what Mou is thinking now in terms of formation, we cannot go into next season using 4-3-1-2 with Stan as our trequista... and with no decent AM's left on the market it leaves us looking a bit foolish.

I know this a long shot but maybe a swap deal with Muntari + Quaresma + Money and we get Modric? We know Harry Redknapp want Muntari and during the January transfer he was keen on loaning Quaresma, what would you guys think about such a deal?
