Yeah, and this is interesting (sorry for repeating myself).

My concern with playing with two strikers is that Milito and Eto'o are pretty much from the same template. And they are the starting lineup candidates for sure. IMO Balotelli can be developed to play all-around forward with qualities for target-play and fancy dribbling. Pandev is the fancy dribbling guy with an imagination. It can be a bit confusing to play Eto'o-Milito as our fixed starters since they don't support each other's qualities too much.

But if the new coach uses two striker system, then we can at least see Balotelli playing as a striker again, which is what I'm looking forward to.
I actually disagree with you. I know that the traditional system is a scorer + a provider and Eto'o is not good enough to play that provider role.

But the thing is, those two players run like mad men. Defenders are run ragged by their workrate. I play football a lot lately and boy, the worst thing to do as a defender is not marking a great dribbler like Messi, or a great finisher like Milito, but strikers who just run and run and run through the whole match. Trying to find that space for themselves, or create spaces for their teammates, hassle defenders, etc etc.

I'm saying is, Milito - Eto'o will not be more of an unorthodox instead of traditional pairing. I know that they didn't really 'click' earlier this season but they weren't a failure either and if we are playing with 2 strikers upfront, the ToTo'o duo is worth trying once more.

Nice.... but Biabiany is actually showing some good potential at Parma, I've watched him 3-4 times and I think he cant be worse than any of our so called wingers.

Javier Zanetti,
Biabiany is a very good player. Very fast, but his problem is finishing. Fast players can;t control their balance.

Seriously, Higuain could be a potentially very good option. Used to play LW at RM, very young, and Jose is going to buy true No.9(Dzeko is linked to RM for some time now), and play with CR and the other winger behind him(Silva, Di Maria or someone else)

Remember, Higuain didnt't get his contract improved which he demanded, and he is not one of the Galactico Perez signings. I just doubt it that Benzema is going to spend another year on the bench.

If not Higuain, Tevez or Jovetić would be awsome.

Javier Zanetti,
How could RM want to get rid of Higuain? He has been saving their asses for two season in a row. It would be good if we could get Higuain and let him play with Milito and Eto'o.

For the same reason they got rid of Sneijder, Cambiasso and Eto'o. Because Florentino is a moron who know shit about football.

Also Robben. Mourinho won't last a season with Perez in charge. This guy does whatever he wants and doesn't discuss with the coach about the player transfers. He bought CR9, Kaka, Xabi Alonso, Benzema and the rest without even asking Pellegrini. He just buys whatever he wants.

Yeah, lets hope he wins Spanish league (not CL) and he gets out of there back to England or to a NT.

Higuain have a big chance to end at Chelsea for 40 millions.

With all due respect, Pellegrini is not Mourinho...

Pellegrini In Europe:
1 - UEFA Intertoto Cup

Mourinho in Europe:
2 - UEFA Champions League
1 - UEFA Cup
2 - Serie A
2 - FA Premier League
2 - Portuguese Liga
1 - Coppa Italia
1 - FA Cup
2 - League Cup
1 - Supercoppa Italiana
1 - FA Community Shield
1 - Taça de Portugal
1 - SuperCup Cândido de Oliveira

Mourinho has managed for about 10 years and has 17 trophies (all in Europe), Pellegrini for about 22 years and he has 7 trophies (1 in Europe).

I am pretty sure Perez would be willing to listen to Mourinho...

Biabiany would be a good option if we sell Mario, he's much more suited to the wing forward position, bloody quick but as others mentioned his finishing needs improvement.
