Probably because it is more attractive for him to play at Real.

The same story was with Afellay. It is not our fault. It is sure that we tried to sign him. And it is sure that 10 Mios were no problem for us.

I thought players would be smarter than not letting themselves be fooled by a flashy name like Real or Barca... but apparently mostly they're not [Afellay, Ibra, Mascherano, (Thank god we didn't get him before he outed himself as a pussy at Barca), Sahin, etc.].

Sanchez or no Sanchez... fact is we need a number 7 to bring movement to the right side, so that Maicon can concentrate more on the defense job. Same applies to the left side but currently I think the right side needs more attention.

Yes, they will have to sell to use Sahin, so it will be Sahin in a while or someone else available in Madrid. I've read about Alonso (not likely) and Diarra.
