Hazard and Sanchez are completely different players compared to a player like Banega.

Sorry for that, yes they are different types of players but because we are talking about midfielders I lump them together. Hazard and Sanchez is different from Banega

C. Ronaldo for one, but his attitude sucks big time, Robben would be perfect however he is too prone to injury. However, Sanchez and Bale both can be as good as Figo n the future.

Bale is overrated because of his performances against Inter. He is a very good player, but to say he will be as good as Figo is OTT. He will never be as good as him, neither he is as skill full. Kick and run is the strength of Bale with good crossing ability.

Class has no age restrictions man. I agree he does get injured quite a bit, but Kaka is a phenom. He will be a game changer until he retires, no matter what age. Eto'o was 28 when he came here and is now our savior at the age of 30.

We are talking about a man who was the best player in the world. Check out all the former winners of that award. Just about all of them were still class at the end of their career.

Cannavaro - Huge at the world cup at the age of 33.
Ronaldinho - Was still great last year at Milan...even though he gained weight lol
Zidane - Brilliant till his last game.
Ronaldo - Fat and old at Real Madrid and still a beast after so many injuries.
Figo - Still a big time player at the end of career with us.


Now spending 50m is out of the question, but I would have no objection to getting Kaka at a relatively good price.

Kaka was immense back in the day when he was best player of the world.. but somehow I feel that he will never reach his best days again, he can still be great or something, but not worth spending insane amount of money or to be considered as big signing for us in the summer IMO. If i'm not mistaken, he has failed this season with Real Madrid when everyone has expected a lot from him. Of course I wouldn't mind him if we can get him for a cheap price, kinda bargain.. but considering rumours that Chelsea is interested after him, then there's no chance for us to get him in a cheap price.

same was said of eto'o before we acquired him.
i am aware of this issue however he seems to have matured from that person. he may still b fisty on the pitch, no more than thiago motta/eto'o (in some occasions) in my opinion, but his skills are so what we need to give us more opitions, making us unpreditcable, and easing pressure of sneidjer as well.
