Seriously 10 Assists and 7 Goals in the Treble season for you is struggling. He also had a lot of assists last season, even though it was an off year. Yet everyone except Eto'o was bad last season, so let's sell everyone.

I live near Italian border and on sunday i bought italian newspapper gazzetta dello sport and there was a quote about every signings in SRIE A for each club...and it was in arrivals to Inter already Jonathan (santos)...something we dont know...?!??

Yeah 1 Goal, but 10 Assist. Well I don't agree that we should sell all our players because they have one bad season.

Also you said he struggles every year, I said he's only had one bad season, the last one, yet you bring the stats of last season to prove your point, which wasn't that bad anyways.

lucio samuel ranocchia chivu cordoba cambiasso zanetti and even rivas and motta can all play in in defense, thats 6 defenders + 3, more than enough

3-4-3 is hardly going to happen. I'd be pretty certain this was one of the main topics when Gasperini met with our directors. And Gasperini said that this team is more used to playing 4 at the back. He didn't rule out the 3-4-3, but I doubt it is going to happen unless there are some serious injuries in the midfield. And all the players we've been linked with indicate very strongly that 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 is on cards for next season. Ofcourse tho he might be testing the 3 man defence, but I doubt he'll go with it in the end unless it works really well.

We are hardly linked to any CBs so i can imagine that 343 will be presented only in some occasion or just in some part of some match.

I'm sure we will have 4-man defence lots of times.

And Welinton has some experience playing in 3 CB system as Flamengo has used it on occasion...Flamengo has gone through a bunch of coaching changes and he was not used under their last coach, but the new manager, Luxemburgo, has started him in every match so far...

What the fuck is wrong with our management? We usually don't go for the best, but this time we're trying to get a shitty player. Why don't we try to get Vasco's defenders, arguably the best defenders here in Brazil? They both won the Carioca Championship award as the best defenders - as CB and LB, if I'm not wrong... one plays on the left (Anderson) and the other plays on the right (Dedé). Dedé won last year's Brazilian Championship award - he won the best defender award hands down. Benfica is desperately trying to buy him since they'll sell Luisao. He said that he won't leave Vasco before next year's Libertadores da America, and that he wants to be a part of the Brazilian National squad playing for Vasco. Menezes said that he'll be called soon - he only needs to keep the good (wonderful) form.

Their management was looking for a defender here in Brazil when they got David Luiz. They came over here to watch Anderson play, but he got an injury and didn't play that match, so they signed David Luiz instead. They were going after Anderson, though, not David Luiz.

Why, and I really mean WHY can't we go for the best? We should bid for Neymar, not Sanchez. We should sign Dedé, Anderson or Alex Silva, and not Welinton. Alex Silva (new Flamengo defender, they signed him this week) was the 2nd best defender from last year's Brazilian Championship. Why couldn't we sign him? I'm sure he'd chose Inter over Flamengo...

By the way Dedé is 22 and Anderson is 23.
