Nah, Sky said there was agreement for Lucas. For Paulinho, GdS just said we have 15 million ready for the dude.

GdS have hits and misses. They got many wrong but their right for this year's two transfer windows are Cassano (this is clearly the most impressive one, they started this shit like a month in advance ), Pereira, Kuzmanovic, Laxalt and I believe Handanovic. Sky got Kovacic.
