Man City wasn't his fault that Management basically bought 30 starters and expected them all to be happy to not play.
But wasn't it what he wanted?

Napoli's roster is 10x better than ours and at least 5x better than Juve.
Oh come on they are 10x better, when we both played with our full teams at the San Siro they beat us!
... Oh wait... We beat them
OW MAJ GAWDDDDD
I know, Mazzari has turned Napoli from shit to gold.
Forza Mazzari!! Benvenuto!!! Grande Mazzari!!!!!!
In every team Mazzarri was he get the best out of his players, when did Ranieri did it?Mazzari is no more proven than Ranieri.

With Chelsea fine, but with Roma and Juve?!with Roma, with Juve, even with Chelsea..
I think comparing squads player-by-player on paper, and then coming to a conclusion that we should be doing better than Napoli if we had a better coach is just wrong... Its a team game. Individual players are just raw materials. What is far more important is their understanding with each other, and how they fit into a team.Actually, people like you are underrating our team. Only Juve and arguably Napoli have better squads than ours. Napoli have two world class players and few decent ones that make the difference.
Don't tell me that Cannavaro, Gamberini or Britos are better than Rano or Juan. Don't tell me that Pandev, Calaio and Insigne are better than Palacio, Cassano and even Milito. Or Dzemaili better than Kova. I know you wont agree, but also Naga > Zuniga, and are pretty similar players, style and position wise.
THat's only the CERTAIN ones. It's also debatable if Behrami is better than Gargano, Inler than Guarin... Sure starters in this Inter, from Napoli, will be only Cavani, Hamsik and maybe Inler. No one else.
Injuries and Strama killed us. We have NO DOUBT team competent enough to fight for the CL. Juve is by far the best team, but bar them, no other team is quality enough.
Though the difference between shit and gold is not that big..

This is just my opinion, but Napoli are far better than us because of the following:
- Their team is settled - most of their key players have played with each other for a long while. Most of our key players are new to the squad. This is the single most important reason why they are far better than us.
- Their coach has been there for a while, is more experienced than our coach, and has had many transfer windows to tweak the squad to suit his style. I think the current Napoli suit Mazzari perfectly. Inter keep sacking their coaches, and our squad is a reflection of the strategies of 6 different coaches. Maybe 7 next season. And that confusion shows on the pitch.
- Their management has a plan, and they have been pretty consistent in their implementation. Say whatever you like about ADL, but he is like a Moratti with brains and has gradually invested significant amount into the squad. They are not a selling club that everyone expected to be. Inter's plan changes with every coach, and sometimes with every few games. The coach sacking culture shows a complete lack of the planning element.
That is why Napoli are far better than Inter, and it shows in the Serie A table. And if you look at the above 3 reasons, they are basically the same - consistency. Consistency of planning, coaching and resources. Sacking Strama will not magically solve this - his inexperience is only a small part of the larger problem at Inter. Only a serious, consistent plan from the top management will make a difference.
