E. Its actually Inter who haven't done their homework. Ausilio is trying hard for Firmino without knowing that he doesn't have an EU passport. After we pay for him, we will realise our mistake, and won't be able to register him till January.

I wouldn't mind buying Firmino now but only getting him in the winter. At least we'd have another very possible great player coming to Inter.

Right now it's possibly that we will sell Guarin and buy either Cerci (less chances) or Biabiany. Everything else seems bullshit to me, from Rabiot rumours to silly rumours about us getting Kagawa or Falcao.

I've only seen 15 minutes, and against FC Sailor Moon or whatever they're called, but Osvaldo looked capable enough of playing behind Icardi. Him, Palacio and Ricky rotating for half a season could work until we get our new dude. In that case, Firmino seems (again, from very little evidence) like a good choice. Secure him now if he's our guy.

(of course, I have no idea how the EU situation works, if his signing isn't possible at all this season then I'll just go hide in that corner behind you)

Hoffenheim sporting director Alexander Rosen has refused to be drawn in to speculation regarding the future of star Roberto Firmino.

The 22 year old Brazilian had a sensational season in the Bundesliga with the club, and has attracted the interest of elite clubs around Europe including Inter.

“We don’t comment on rumors and speculation on the market,” Rosen told German newspaper Bild.

“[Roberto] Firmino has a contract until 2017 and it is unlikely to change in this month of August.”

Im not going to argue about eachothers opinion as to what constitutes world class, but most people consider palacio class, and I believe insigne can surpass him. Regardless, id be stoked to have him.
