Pedulla:Inter with Mancini's ok has blocked 22 year old Tino-Sven Susic who plays for Hajduk and BIH NT as a midfielder. He will stay at his club till the end of the season and then join Inter in the summer. In the next few days Inter will meet Hajduk officials to make it a done deal.
He is the son of Sead Susic(former Red Star player)and nephew of famous former BIH NT coach Safet Susic.

Yeah just read it, he has some great bits of skill but the defenders in front of him were pretty awful.

Hello everyone, long time no see. ;)

I'm having some doubts about this since it's possible that Inter is doing his agent a favor with raising his price for other clubs. His agent is Rapajić, former Croatian international and a father of the newest Inter Primavera addition.

That being said, as someone who has watched every single of his games in the last three years including his performances for the national team my opinion is that Sušić is a very nice young player with some upside, especially as a passer. His strong suits are his left leg, very strong on the ball, his two way play and playing brave all the time. He is the guy who enjoys driving his team forward, enjoys making things happen on the pitch...

He obviously has some flaws such as his right foot and the lack of acceleration but still a young guy and improving all the time. In some ways he reminds of Alvarez but enjoys playing as the attacking central midfielder the most.

We''ll se what happens and if he can grow into a contributor for Inter and if this is even a real transfer but for 3-4 M he could turn into a solid bargain down the road if he continues to improve as a player.

FROM CROATIA: "SUSIC-INTER: WE ARE AT 95%. THE SIGNATURES ALREADY NEXT WEEK?"

30/12/2014 17:00 Lorenzo Roca Twitter: @ Lorinc74
Source: SD
About five million euro. This should be the "bingo" New Year for Hajduk Split Dalmatian according to press reports the sale of Tino Sven Susic Inter, the message that the Croatian colleagues have collected between Milan and Liege: "On the route of negotiations with emissaries Hajduk and family Susic the deal should be complete in 95%. Leave a minimum of uncertainty until the president next week will announce the final agreement, but the contacts are now being very advanced and have already been disclosed. History similar to that of last year with Mario Pasalic that during the winter transfer dall'Hajduk went to Chelsea. Similarly Susic should now sign up for the 'Inter and stay in Croatia until June. "

Great news. I have never heard of him before but I trust the scouting that has been done well.

One of the most reliable reporters connected to Hajduk also reporting it's close. Guess there is a chance it happens.

Would make me very, very happy personaly, my clubs gets the money they desperately need, TSS gets to play for Inter, Inter gets a solid young player. Win for everyone.

Different websites reports him as a defensive midfielder. A midfield combination with him and Kovacic seems to have the potential to be great in the future.

Kovacic - Born and raised in Austria.
Kuzmanovic - Born and raised in Switzerland.
Susic - Has lived most of his life in Belgium.

It depends on how you look at it ;)

He is no defensive midfielder. Played as one in the part of the last season with Pašalić(transfered to Chelsea last winter, currently on loan with Elche) but neither of them had tradiotional DM duties and both of them roamed forward pretty often. You need to realize that Croatian league isn't all that strong and players like him and Pašalić with their running and skills could survive in such a double pivot with neither of them actually being a DM.

Sušić was also used in other various positions but his by far the best skill is connecting the midfield with forwards, he can hold the ball very well and drible his way into dangerous areas for shooting/passing. Playing him as a DM wouldn't maximize his potential and skills.

Don't forget Taider, so we're gonna have: Allan - DM, Susic - the next Stankovic, Taider - box-to-box, Kovacic: All -around-Zidanesque, Crisetig - Deep-lying playmaker :closeenough:

oh wait, in reality, we're gonna sell Taider and Crisetig for peanuts, fail to sign Susic because of 1Mil different, fail to sign Allan because of Pozzo, fail to keep Kovacic because he's gonna join richer team :yao:

There will obviously be some talk that his national call-ups were undeserved and that he was getting those just because he was related to their former NT coach. Who did him a disservice by saying he indeed called him to play as DM and then used him as a CM/RW.

But watching him play with that team he didn't look like he doesn't belong AT ALL, even out-shining guys like Pjanić and Džeko in some games. Those guys had same pretty bad games tbh but it's not like Sušić was ever a problem when on pitch for that team. He was merely a victim of a collective paranoia that caught part of their fans because they hated his uncle.

It's sad to see how Falcao law changes one of our most pessimistic posters :(

quality over quantity, wasnt that the general consensus on this forum? after kuzkuz, jonah, schelotto, and nagafacepalm and so many others. wasting the little money we have on some mediocre little shit from the croation league who most probably is going to turn out.. mediocre.

that deserves a yao imo.
