My mistake. I didn't realise that it was an actual rumour. In my defense it was hard to differentiate as there wasn't exactly links to rumours, but rather people were just writing a name and then clicking reply.

i agree, we need a fullback who can cross, but in what world is montoya a good crosser? he's worse than fucken alves in every single way which is why hes glued to the bench. think about that for a second. his only true asset is his speed, while he is mediocre/average at everything else. as previously mentioned he cannot defend. lastly, he would cost 8 million. for that price we can do a lot better.

Bartra has a buyout clause set on 12 mil because of the performances this year and will only last until 30 June when its gonna go up to 30 mil again. His agent said clubs will have to hurry if they want to buy him for 12 mil and he is willing to listent to offers.

Its worth a risk. There are no many young and quality players for that kind of money!

Dont know if Murillo is a done deal, may have perfered Balanta having played in Argentina, Cristian Zapata was always a favorite of Morratti, still might be an oppurtunity depending on his future at Milan.

If we bring back Donati & Caldirola, we'll have ourselves a dynasty in the backline for yrs to come.

Players like Santon can move into the box, i already consider him the fullback but his time may still be outside, though a move to the DM should likely be considered.

Donati and D'Ambrosio can rotate at SideBack, able to push foward but sound defensively, find chemistry with certain midfield or attack.

There is also Criscito, may not be academy though linked to for yrs, played a 3 backline, Very versatile. Ogbonna played with Rano could be good to reunite them, Juve still have Carcares and Barzagli and their academy. Not sure who were linked to as far as Italian right now.

Meanwhile someone like Nagatomo should still hang back, to improve his reading of the game and positioning rather than just sprinting back, it comes down to tactics.

With several academy, willingness to sit bench may be easier, players like Andreolli on the reserves would be ideal, if we could manage to keep Campagnaro to work with players even better, may still easily be the best for supersub should we be plagued with injury or cards, both, If not the academy will bring new kids, faith in youth should be instilled further.

A jump back into Europa or Champions league, and winning Copa Italia. Should Leagues switch to 30 teams like Argentina, the prestigious tournaments expanded or new tournaments created, we'll be ready.

There are more rumours linking him to EPL sides than us sadly. This is another name that will probably just pass by quickly this summer.
