The Iñaki Williams rumor is rubbish. I bet you the original report says "reports in Italy" while the Italian media says they are coming from Spain thats how they cover their tracks on FakeNews.

He has a long term contract and Bilbao always ask for teams to pay the buyout clause for their good players and hold firm to that (thats how they lost Llorente for free) given that they have a limited pool of players since they only field player born in the Basque country or that have Basque heritage so they can't just go buy anyone to replace him. I don't know what's his release clause but it has to be high given that they extended his contract in 2016.
