Personally I would see if Icardi can be sold to Juve, if we can try to swap Dybala and maybe Kean for +20 mil I would think this would be a huge win.

Dybala behind Kean and Martinez would be a great vibrant forward line?

I don't think they are going to sell Kean, if not for a very high sum: he's doing great things for a player his age.

I'm also skeptical about dybala (whom they would sell instead), he hasn't grown as a player and so far has shown some personality issues. Will he mature or will he keep whining when he's not a starter and when his girlfriend dumps him?

On paper, if everything worked flawlessly, it could be a very good attack, I'll give you that.

as always, i believe that general criteria of evaluation may help, but we have to judge on a case by case basis. it's not like skriniar was from a powerhouse but from day one at Inter it was clear he's a natural born leader and he's been consistently proving that he's a great defender.

cavani was quite obviously worth the investment, even though he played for palermo (which in those years, let's not forget it, managed to qualify for europa league). now, i'm not so sure he's worth it anymore (and i'm inclined to say no, especially with those wages, even with a cut).

dzeko is declining and unless we get him for a very low price, i wouldn't invest on him. a "dzeko type" of forward would help us though.

25-26y ready to boss! Difficult! These are extremely rare and probably very expensive! If he show sign that he can boss, normally he is already booked and they are only a few players who blossom around 25y.
