Then i fear Premier League teams can offer 40.
Idea is to convince the player, Inter is the best choice for him. Which imo is, here he can play Champions League and be a starter.

Best Football PosterBest Overall PosterIf reports are to be believed, it would be very easy for Inter to close the deal for Palacios if we want to. The player has already talked with Zanetti and seems willing to join Inter, he has a relatively low release clause (15m) and Real have no non-EU spots left after signing Militao. It's up to the management to decide whether he's good enough or not.

Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio is rumoured to be in London for tonight’s Champions League match between Tottenham and Manchester City, with eyes on Ilkay Gundogan.
According to FcInterNews.it, the Germany international midfielder has been in their sights for some time.
Last summer Suning had asked for information regarding Gundogan’s availability, but City boss Pep Guardiola deemed him unsellable for under €60m.
However, the 28-year-old’s contract is up next summer and a move to Inter could be on the table, as City are looking at midfield replacements.
The ex-Borussia Dortmund man has scored five times in 41 games this season and is also of interest of Inter Chairman Beppe Marotta, who tried to take him to Juventus in 2016.

10 years of FIFA bit misleadingly said "is up next summer", meaning the summer 2020. I guess I wouldn't oppose that, he could be a good pair for Brozovic who would stay very deep while Gundogan would make the runs.
